高考英语应用文书信体的写作，通常都是三段论（多数分为三段：首段、中段和尾段）。考生要想在未来

的高考考场上夺取高分，笔者认为考生要力求做到：首段要先声夺人；中段要充实饱满；尾段要锦上添花。

如何进行“三段”的写作我们要结合具体的写作题展开。

一、首段（先声夺人）一场景化呼应+视情自我介绍+明确告知主题+传递沟通意愿。

开篇明意，快速建立链接，让告知内容“师出有名”，避免信息突兀，语气贴合沟通对象（如老师、朋

友、参与者等）。

写作要点：先回应对方已知场景（如“收到你的咨询"''听说你关注某事”“基于此前沟通”），搭建

共鸣基础；

按需补充简短自我介绍（仅当对方可能不熟悉你时，一句即可）；

直接点明告知/分享.主题（如活动安排、具体事项、个人经历等），让对方快速抓取核心信息；

传递友好沟通意愿（如“乐于分享”“特此告知”），奠定亲切基调。

二、中段（充实饱满）一关键信息拆解+细节支撑（事实/特点/流程）+逻辑衔接+呼应对方需求

有序阐述，清晰、有条理地传递核心信息，用具体细节让内容不空洞，精准匹配对方潜在需求（如了解

活动流程、事项价值等）。

写作要点：拆解2-3个核心信息点（如活动内容、事项特点、经历等）展开有序阐述，避免信息杂乱；

用具体细节支撑每个信息点（如时间、地点、具体操作、效果反馈等）；

用逻辑连接词（additionally,besides,some...whilesome...,first...then...）梳理层次，可按“信息点

1+细节-信息点2+细节-＞信息点3+细节”渐次推开；

三、尾段（锦上添花）一总结核心价值+表达互动/祝愿+礼貌收尾

收尾升华，强化信息价值，传递善意，为沟通留下延伸空间，避免生硬结束。

写作要点：一句话总结告知内容的核心价值（如对对方的帮助、自身的收获、事项的意义等）；

结合场景表达互动意愿（如“期待你的反馈”“还可提供更多细节”）或美好祝愿；

用礼貌用语收尾（如“Lookingforwardtoyourreply,,uBestregards"）,契合沟通场景。

注意：告知信同时也可以称之为分享信。
