5.InspectionFindings

5.1Conformities

Mostinspecteditemsmettherequiredstandards:

EnvironmentalProtection:Dustcontrolmeasureswereinplace—watertrucksconductedhourlysprayingonaccessroads,andperimeterdustscreens(2.5mheight)enclosedthesite.Constructionwastewasseparatedinto"recyclable"(steelscraps,woodenplanks)and"non-recyclable"(concretedebris)bins,withscheduledcollectionbylicensedwastehandlers.

5.2.2TemporaryElectricalSystemDeficiencies

Location:NorthConstructionZone(NearTowerCraneBase)

Observation:Twosectionsoftemporaryelectricalcables(3x4mm²copperwires)werefounddraggingontheground,uncoveredandincontactwithgravel.Onecableshowedslightabrasionontheinsulation,increasingtheriskofshortcircuitsorelectricshock.

6.AnalysisofIdentifiedIssues

Rootcausesofthenon-conformitieswereanalyzedasfollows:

TemporaryElectricalHazards:Thesiteelectricianacknowledgedthatrecentrepositioningofthetowercranehadrequiredcableadjustments,butfollow-upinspectionsweredelayedduetoprioritizationofconcretepouringtasks.Workerawarenessofcableprotectionprotocolswasalsonotedasinconsistent,withsomelaborersmovingcablescarelessly.

Toaddresstheidentifiedissues,thefollowingcorrectivemeasuresarerequired:

1.MaterialStorage:Immediatelyrelocatetheoutdoorcementbagstoacoveredarea(e.g.,thewestmaterialshed,currentlyunderutilized).Erectatemporary防雨棚(usingwaterprooftarpaulinandsteelframes)inAreaBwithin24hourstopreventfutureexposure.Conductastrengthtestonthecakedcementbags;ifresultsfallbelowtherequired42.5MPa,isolateanddiscardtheaffectedbatches.
