前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T30751—2014《建筑施工机械与设备移动式破碎机安全要求》,与GB/T30751—

2014相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:

a)更改了范围(见第1章,2014年版的第1章);

b)删除了风险评估有关的总则(见2014年版的4.1);

c)删除了“应在操作位置和需要进行日常维护的区域设置适当的通道装置”(见2014年版的4.2);

d)删除了操作者视野要求(见2014年版的4.4.1);

e)更改了操作控制装置和指示器要求(见4.5,2014年版的4.5);

f)更改了制动系统要求(见4.7,2014年版的4.7);

g)增加了旁路装置的设计要求(见4.10.1);

h)更改了警告装置要求(见4.12,2014年版的4.12);

i)增加了声压级要求(见4.14.3);

j)更改了起吊和捆系要求(见4.16,2014年版的4.16);

k)增加了辅助起动装置或电源的电连接件、照明用电插座要求(见4.18.7、4.18.8);

l)更改了液压软管、支撑装置等要求(见4.19.3、4.22.3,2014年版的4.19.2、4.22.2);

m)增加了安全标志要求(见6.1)。

本文件修改采用ISO21873⁃2:2019《建筑施工机械与设备移动式破碎机第2部分:安全要求

和验证》。

本文件与ISO21873⁃2:2019相比做了下述结构调整:

——将附录C中“破碎机阻塞”等3个术语及定义的内容调整到第3章(见第3章);

——将4.7制动系统中“自行式、卡车式和半挂车式移动式破碎机应配备行车、紧急和驻车制动系

统。”调整到4.7.1.1中,避免出现悬置段(见4.7.1.1);

——增加条标题“4.15.4.1一般要求”,避免出现悬置段,4.15.4.2、4.15.4.3分别对应ISO21873⁃2:

2019的4.15.4.1、4.15.4.2(见4.15.4)。

本文件与ISO21873⁃2:2019的技术差异及其原因如下:

a)用规范性引用的下列文件替换了具有一致性对应关系的国际文件,以适应我国的技术条件,

增加可操作性:

•用GB/T15706、GB/T29009分别替换了ISO12100、ISO12100:2010、ISO21873⁃1(见

第3章、4.1.2);

•用GB/T17300替换了ISO2867(见4.2、4.3.6、4.22.2.1);

•用GB/T17301替换了ISO12508(见4.3.4、4.15.6);

•用GB/T8595替换了ISO10968(见4.5.1.1、4.5.6、4.6);

•用GB/T8595—2023、GB/T21935、GB/T8593.1、GB/T8593.2、GB/T16855.1分别替

换了ISO10968:2004、ISO6682、ISO6405⁃1、ISO6405⁃2、ISO13849⁃1(见4.5.1.1);

•用GB/T16754替换了ISO13850(见4.5.2.1);

•用GB/T22356替换了ISO10264(见4.5.3);

•用GB/T25686替换了ISO15817(见4.5.6);

•用GB/T21152替换了ISO3450(见4.7.1.3);

•用GB/T20178替换了ISO9244(见4.11.1、4.11.2.1、4.12、4.16.1.2、4.16.2、6.1.1);

•用GB/T1251.1替换了ISO7731(见4.12);

•用GB/T3767、GB/T3768、GB/T16404分别替换了ISO3744、ISO3746、ISO9614⁃1

(见4.14.2.1);

•用GB/T17248.2、GB/T17248.3分别替换了ISO11201、ISO11202(见4.14.3.1);

•用GB/T25607替换了ISO3457(见4.15.2.1、4.19.3.1);

•用GB/T23821替换了ISO13857(见4.15.3);

•用GB/T8196替换了ISO14120(见4.15.4.1);

•用GB/T43138替换了ISO15818(见4.16.1.1、4.16.2);

•用GB/T22359.1、GB/T22359.2分别替换了ISO13766⁃1、ISO13766⁃2(见4.17);

•用GB/T34353替换了ISO15998(见4.18.1.4);

•用GB/T4208替换了IEC60529(见4.18.2);

•用GB/T25616替换了ISO11862(见4.18.7);

•用GB/T3766替换了ISO4413(见4.19.1);

•用GB/T25608替换了ISO21507(见4.20.3);

•用GB/T46150.1、GB/T46150.2替换了ISO16528⁃1、ISO16528⁃2(见4.20.5);

•用GB/T20953替换了ISO3795(见4.21.1);

•用GB/T17299替换了ISO2860(见4.22.1.2);

•用GB/T17920替换了ISO10533(见4.22.3.1);

•用GB/T15706—2012替换了ISO12100:2010(见6.2.1.1);

•用GB/T25622.1替换了ISO6750(见6.2.1.1)。

b)更改了履带自行式移动式破碎机设计速度(见4.7.1.5),补充最低速度限值;

c)更改了标志要求(见6.3),以符合我国国情。

本文件做了下列编辑性改动:

——标准名称改为《建筑施工机械与设备移动式破碎机安全要求》;

——用资料性引用的GB/T29009替换了ISO21873⁃1(见第1章);

——删除了“本文件不适用于在其发布日期之前制造的机器。”(见第1章);

——用资料性引用的GB/T8595、GB/T21935分别替换了ISO10968、ISO6682(见4.5.1.1);

——用资料性引用的GB/T8593.1替换了ISO6405⁃1[见4.5.6b)、4.5.7.3、4.16.2、4.18.6.1];

——用资料性引用的GB/T8593.2替换了ISO6405⁃2(见4.5.7.3);

——用资料性引用的GB/T44624替换了ISO13732⁃1(见4.15.2.2);

——用资料性引用的GB/T15706、GB/T5226.1分别替换了ISO12100、IEC60204⁃1(见4.15.5);

——用资料性引用的GB/T22353替换了ISO9247(见4.18.3.1);

——用资料性引用的GB/T17772替换了ISO3164(见4.19.3.1);

——用资料性引用的GB/T25606替换了ISO10261(见6.3);

——用资料性引用的GB/T23821替换了ISO13857(见B.6);

——将表A.1中数字序号更改为字母序号(见表A.1)。
