13、难点：重 点社区体育的构成要素与基本特征 难 点 社区体育对社会体育改革的推动作用。教学主要内容教学设计社区体育的基本定性 社区体育是我国经济体制改革后，社会体育主动适应变革的产物。 社区体育属于社区服务的内容，也是社区建设的对象。 社区体育也是社区文化的一部分。一、社区体育的概念；社区体育的出现：20世纪80年代；“区域性单位横向体育联合体街道社区体协“；1989年，天津市河东区提出社区体育的概念。1993概念,肖淑红定义“社区体育就是以基层社区为单位，以社区成员为主体，实行政府部门支持、体育部门指导、社区部门参与为社区成员提供售后保障的群众性体育活动。王凯珍认为“社区体育是指在微型社区内开

14、展的区域性群众体育活动。李建国认为社区体育是在居民生活区内由居民自主进行的群众体育活动，属于一种社会活动。定义的特征：1、 基层社区（理解上有行政区域和生活区域之分。）2、 社区成员参与的体育；3、 以社区的自然环境和体育设施为场所；4、 满足社区成员的体育需求，增进身心健康和发展社区感情。综合人社区体育是在人们共同生活的区域内（街道居委会辖区），以辖区的自然环境和体育设施为物质基础，以全体社区成员为主体，以满足社区成员的体育需求、增进社区成员身心健康、巩固和发展社区感情为主要目的，就近就便开展的区域性群众体育。二、社区体育的构成要素；1 社区体育组织是社区体育正常开展的组织保证，是管理与服务

15、机构。2 社区成员：主要参与者，社区体育服务的对象。3 场地设施：活动的保证，当前的状况。4 活动经费是社区体育的血液。（它的来源是多元化的，来自财政、团体、企业单位、个人等），是社区体育的物质保证。5 管理者包括的对象：体育行政、街道、居委会、活动点负责人、指导员。6 社区体育活动是社区体育的具体表现形式和直接目的。强调：管理者和指导者是联系社区体育各要素之间的纽带。1. 按活动时间分类：日常性体育活动；经常性体育活动；节假日体育活动。2. 按组织类型分：自主松散型和行政主导型。自主松散型：非官方的民间体育活动，晨晚练、自我辅导点、活动在民间的小组织（项目协会，球友会）。 行政主导型：街道社

16、区体协；社区体育中心、社区体育俱乐部、。 3.按活动空间：庭院、公园体育、广场体育、公共体育场所体育。三、社区体育的基本特征；1. 多质性：参与人群多样化。自主活动。2. 区域性特定区域；余暇性时间；3. 健身性、娱乐性。4. 多样：需求、方式多样、组织多样、项目多样；管理；5. 公益性与社会性； 社区体育是社区服务的组成部分。社区服务的福利性、公益性、社会化特点决定了社区体育的福利性、公益性和社会性。6.松散性与自治性； 社区体育组织具有基层性、民间性、自治性特点，组织的成立和解散、成员的加入和推出较为自由。（民间的）7.弱竞技性与非正规性；8.义务性与低廉性。四、社区体育的功能；n 王凯珍

17、(2002)认为社区体育功能包括一般性功能和特殊功能两部分。一般性功能指任何体育形式对于参与者个体所具有的共同的功能。即体育的健身功能、健心功能和社会化功能。社区体育的特殊功能是指社区体育形态所具备的独特功能。 一般性功能：健身、健心、社会化。特殊功能： 1.促进居民参与；（参与者众，活动感召性强、趣味性强，活动效果明显，健身性与娱乐性吸引了居民的参与）2.改善居民生活方式；（一天的时间是24小时，参与活动必然使其参与其它不良活动时间不足。）3.增强社区凝聚力；（体育成为一种联络社区居民感情的纽带4发展社区文化。4.发展社区文化。 文化需要依据载体。文化通过它们的载体展现出来。社区体育的发展，

18、其载体是场地、组织、活动、指导员等，作为文化的载体，其发展程度也就体现了社区文化的发展。五、社区体育对社会体育改革的贡献；（一）社会体育改革的社会背景1.社会转型我国城市社区体育兴起和发展的社会背景是什么？答：1.社会体育发展良好的大背景是社区体育发展的前提条件。社区体育是社会体育的重要组成部分，社区体育的发展离不开群众体育发展的大背景。社区体育的兴起与发展，是我国改革开放以来的经济社会发展的必然。国民经济的高速发展为体育发展提供了雄厚的物质条件；家庭经济收入的提高，使个体和家庭参加体育活动有了经济保证；工作时间减少，闲暇时间增多，人们参加体育活动有了时间保证；随着社会生产方式的变化，现代社会

19、生活节奏加快，体力消耗减少，营养过剩，文明病发病率升高，亚健康人群扩大，公费医疗制度改革，增强了人们参加体育活动的迫切性。国民文化素质水平提高，人本意识、体育意识、健康意识增强，提高了人们参加体育活动的自觉性；国家重视体育的发展，加大体育投入，倡导国民参加体育运动，对人们参加体育活动起到了很好的引导作用；竞技体育水平的不断提高，奥运会的成功筹办与全民健身观念的深入人心，激发了人们参加体育活动的动机。2、城市经济体制改革是社区体育兴起的内部动力。（应展开阐述）3、社区老龄人口增多、其体育需求增长是社区体育兴起的催化剂。（应展开阐述）一、计划经济条件下城市社会体育组织管理结构和特点单位体制，单位与

20、个人的关系计划经济下，社会体育的结构特点是“五线合一”。即所有管理条都集中于“单位体育”主要特点:(1) 政府体育管理组织系统功能十分强大。（2）体育组织管理系统缺位。 管理末梢到区结束，未能延伸到社区；三级管理（街道办事处）中没有体育管理职能；社会管理系统方面，区体育总会没有下位组织。社会体育 活动利用行政手段，依靠单位开展体育。组织缺位，造成宏观管理，不能深入到基层。（3）社会体育以单位体育形式呈现（4）民间体育社团发育严重不足。二、社区体育对社会体育改革的贡献（1）完善了社会体育管理组织结构体系 丰富了区体委群体科的下位组织和区体育总会的下位组织；即街道文体科和居民体育小组。（2）减轻了

21、单位体育的负担，推动了体育社会化。 单位职工的体育需求在单位以外得到满足，减轻了单位负担。群众体育需求的增强无疑刺激了体育的社会化。（3）为社会体育的普遍化、生活化提供了保障（4）促进了社区建设 社区服务文化的必要组成，改善人民的生活，因而也成为社区建设之内容。理论阐述分析社区体育的基本定性教师讲授。社区体育定义的内涵解释；讲授法；结合社区体育实践，分析社区体育构成要素；讲授法；通过社区体育活动实践，阐述社区体育的分类。根据社区体育活动的实践，分析社区体育的各项特征。启发提问，引导学生思考体育的基本功能，从而引出社区体育的特殊功能。理论阐述分析计划经济条件下的社会体育问题。理论分析和阐述。讲授
