A policy for PSDR services scheduling and fundamental guidelines for mapping the quality of service over heterogeneous networks are presented. Hence, the paper outlines the key issues to be debated by a regulatory authority. Operation of the devised PSDR mobile integration solution is tested to ensure complete connectivity among users adopting different communication standards, as well as to enable distributed services provisioning guaranteeing always best connection to bandwidth demanding applications provided by an IP-based core network. Because of its small size and extensive wired infrastructure, broadband access to homes and offices is currently provided via ADSL and cable modems. To accomplish this objective we describe the use of an innovative Multi-User-Single-Antenna for MIMO (MUSA-MIMO) technology using the spectrum currently allocated to analogue TV. MUSA-MIMO technology can be considered as a special case of MIMO technology, which is beneficial when provisioning reliable and high-speed communication channels. This paper describes channel modelling techniques to characterise the MUSA-MIMO system allowing an effective deployment of this technology. Particularly, it describes the development of a novel MUSA-MIMO channel model that takes into account temporal variations in the rural wireless environment. As the emergency communication has critical requirement of wireless communication technology in the smart grid, a solution for emergency communications is designed based on LTE technology. In the solution, the TDD mode is used, and SC-FDMA uplink is configured with more time slot resources than OFDMA downlink. Considering terminal limits, such as power and volume, the antenna configuration is 1 x 2 for uplink and 2 x 2 for downlink. At the same time, HARQ and the adaptive modulation and coding techniques are used to improve transmission reliability and efficiency. The link level simulation is used to evaluate the solution. With QPSK, 16QAM and 64QAM modulation based on 1x1 antenna and 1x2 MIMO, we simulate the uplink bit error rate based on different SNR. and compare different link performances under different modulation modes and antenna configurations. 2010 IEEE.(13 refs)14. These encompass a mixture of core protocols, a number of network technologies, various bearer link types, and different traffic components in a common transport channel. We consider these schemes, which use a Medium Access Control (MAC) Virtual Region (VR) concept developed to cope with diverse services and applications. We propose a Dynamic Broadband Multiple Access (DBMA) scheme to allocate and share the capacity. A model for this channel is then considered in further detail, and simulations results are presented. These feature the channel capabilities in supporting different types of traffic (i.e. VBR, UBR, CBR) and its level of performance when applying dynamic access permission probabilities. For a given system bandwidth, these minimiZe queue delays and packet dropping while maximizing system capacity in the number of users supported for mixed traffic categories.(7 refs)综述:(一)超宽带无线通信技术的简介UWB(ultra wideband) 是超宽带无线通信技术的缩写 , 是目前使用 1 GHz 以上带宽的最先进的无线通信技术, 其数据传输速度可达到几百 Mbit/s 以上。超宽带无线通信技术以其高速率、低功耗、隐蔽性好、定位精度高等突出优点, 在无线个域网、智能交通系统、探测与成像系统等诸多领域有着广泛的应用前景, 正在迅速成为产业界关注和研究的热点之一。(二)UWB 信号及其调制技术目前 UWB 系统常用的理想基函数主要有单波、双波、单周期环和小波形式。对于前 3种基函数而言,通常采用周期性的单周脉冲序列作为 UWB 信号的载体。单周脉冲使用持续时间为 0. 520 ns 的高斯形脉冲或方波脉冲。高斯形脉冲类似于单周正弦波 ,频谱结构中直流及接近直流的频谱成分较弱, 有利于极窄脉冲信号的传输 ,接收端易于相关检测与识别,使用较多。在早期的无载波脉冲 UWB 通信系统中 ,基带窄脉冲形式为其所采用的信号形式。发射机产生基带窄脉冲序列进行通信,脉冲信号的宽度极窄, 通常在纳秒级或亚纳秒级 ,并通过脉冲位置调制(PPM)、二进制移相键控 (BPSK)或脉冲幅度调制(PAM)等调制方式携带信息。带有载波调制的 UWB 技术是在基带窄脉冲的技术基础上提出的。它把单脉冲信号占据的频谱分为若干个子频带,其脉冲是等宽度的脉冲信号 ,包络是高斯脉冲 ,不同的脉冲信号在一个脉冲宽度内有不同的周期数,对应不同的中心频率。同无载波脉冲调制方式相比, 可更加灵活、有效地利用频谱资源。同时,调制载波系统的信号处理方法与一般通信系统采用的方法类似,技术成熟度高,在目前的工艺条件下,比基带窄脉冲方式更容易实现高速系统。因此, 采用载波调制的 UWB 通信方式是目前高速无线多媒体应用领域的主流。(三)UWB 技术的特点UWB 是一种“特立独行”的无线通信技术 ,它将会为无线局域网 LAN 和个人局域网PAN 的接口卡和接入技术带来低功耗、高带宽并且相对简单的无线通信技术。UWB 具有以下特点:第一是其高带宽、高传输速率。按照 UWB 的技术设计,UWB 使用的带宽在 1 GHz 以上, 高达几个 GHz, 数据速率可以达到几十 Mbit/s 到几百 Mbit/s, 样的理论速度高于蓝牙 100 倍, 特别适合局域网或者个域网内设备之间的快速共享数据库以及传送数据。第二是其强大的抗干扰性能, UWB 采用跳时扩频信号, 系统具有较大的处理增益, 在发射时将微弱的无线电脉冲信号分散在宽阔的频带中, 输出功率甚至低于普通设备产生的噪声。接收时将信号能量还原出来, 在解扩生扩频增益。因此, 与 IEEE 802.11a、IEEE 802.11b 和蓝牙相比, 在同等码速条件下 , UWB 具有更强的抗干扰性。另外 , 由 于 UWB 的脉冲 非常 短 ( 0.11.5 ns) , 频谱非常宽( 数 GHz, 可超过 10 GHz) , 能避免多路径传输的信号干扰。第三是低功耗, UWB 系统发射功率非常小 , 通信设备可 以 用 小 于 1 mW 的 发 射 功 率 实 现 通 信 , 另 外 ,CDMA-UWB 不使用载波 , 只是发出瞬间脉冲电波, 也就是直接按“0”和 “1”发送出去 , 并且在需要时才发送脉冲电波, 大大延长了系统电源的工作时间。第四是其多径分辨率极高。由于 UWB 采用持续时间极短的窄脉冲,其时间、空间分辨力都很强,因此系统的多径分辨率极高 ,接收机通过分集可以获得很强的抗衰落能力 ,同时在进行测距、定位、跟踪时也能达到更高的精度。值得一提的是,窄脉冲具有很强的穿透各种障碍物的能力,例如墙壁和地板 ,因此 UWB 具有比红外通信更为广泛的应用。第五就是它的保密性强。UWB 通信系统由于一方面采用跳时扩频,接收机只有知道发送端的脉冲序列,才能将发射数据解出 ;另一方面是系统的发射功率非常低 ,有用信息完全淹没在噪声中,被截获概率很小,被检测的概率也很低,用传统的接收机无法接收。(四)UWB 技术的应用UWB 现阶段主要应用于雷达探测和精确定位, 未来 UWB 将广泛应用于数字家庭网络系统。由于 UWB 设备具有很强的穿透能力, UWB 探测成像系统可以使警察、消防员和救人员在紧急情况下迅速找到藏在墙后或者是被埋在废墟中的人; 同时, 还可以协助公共安全部门在攻坚之前, 侦测歹徒的动向, 在反恐战争中可发挥不可估量的作用; 此外, 也可以用于提高建筑和家庭维修行业的安全性。因此, 基于 UWB 技术的新型探测成像设备具有阔的市场前景。UWB 定位系统具备实时的室内外精确跟踪能力, 定位精度可以到几个厘米, 在室内精确定位方面将会对 GPS 起到一个很好的补充作用。UWB 技术在家庭网络应用中的目标就是消灭家电之间的连接线, 利用其高速无线数据传输特点, 替代蓝牙技术实现家庭中所有电器之间的无线连接, 组建小型数字家庭网络, 满足现代家庭对未来高效数字化生活的需求。目前 UWB 技术正被整合进家庭影院和便携式产品, 完成高速无线视频和音频信号的收发。Motorola、Intel、TI 、ST( 意法半导体) 以及日韩一些厂商已推出 UWB 芯片和相关产品。参考文献:1 浅谈超宽带无线通信技术的发展 赵丽丽; The novel contribution is to remove the common assumptions on interconnections such as matching condition, bounded by upper bounding functions: Differentiation of the interconnected signals in backstepping design is avoided by replacing the interconnected signals in neural inputs with the reference signals. Furthermore, two kinds of unknown modeling errors are handled by the adaptive technique. All the closed-loop signals are guaranteed to be semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded, and the tracking errors are proved to converge to a small residual set around the origin. Microstrip meander-loop resonator and CSRR DGS are operated for respective passbands. Several finite attenuation poles in stopbands are realized to improve the selectivity of the proposed bandpass filter and isolation between the two passbands.
