2013 年最新 DS-160 表格填法 美国非移民签证的新申请表格 DS-160 在沈阳领馆试行之后，从下月（2010 年 3 月）开 始，将在全国正式实行。新的 DS-160 表格取代了以前的 DS-156、DS-157 和 DS-158 等 表格，只能在网上填 写。DS-160 适用于除 K-1/2 (fiancee) 以及 E-1/2 (Treaty Trader) 的所有非移民签证 的申请。 注意事项： 取决于申请人的个人背景，填完表格所需的时间以小时计算。在填完表格 的过程当中，你会需要不时地存盘。当你不是在自己的计算机上（如网吧）操作时，别 忘了自备优盘。 另外，在申请表格填写完毕，在线提交之后，美国国务院会产生一个带条形码的页面， 需要你打印出来。如果不方便打印，可以先存盘不提交。 还有，你需要上传一张 JPG 格式的数码照片，该照片将同时印在条形码页面上，供面 试时用。数码照片以不超过 1M 为佳，将被查验看是否符合标准。如果你没有数码照片 或不合标准，可以不上传照片而打印条形码页面（Trick 在下面） 。面试前，将常规冲 印的两寸见方的照片，贴于条形码页面的 “X“ 处。 好了，下面开始填表了。非移民签证申请的网址在： /genniv/ 当你点击上面的连接时，你看到的是技术要求的告示页，径直点击下方的 “Start Application“ 开始。 如果你留意到了右上角的 “Select Tooltip Language“, 可以自选中文（简体） 。否则，在你选定申请签证的面试领馆之后，系统亦将会自动设定。 在 Getting Started 部分，首先在 Step 1 中选择 “Shanghai, China“, 这是确定你将 去申请签证面试的领馆，同时也将求助设置为中文显示。 从下一页开始，当你将鼠标移到某些英文语句上并稍做停留时，你将看到其中文翻译。 当你有数码照片时，可以点下面的 “Test Photo“ 来测试你的照片是否符合规定。 数码照片必须是 JPG 格式，彩色截图见方，象素在 600-1200 之间。具体要求（包括 打印）详见 /visa/guide/guide_3882.html. 当你看到 Photo passed quality standards 时，你的照片被认可了。 最好有心理准备，很多照片被打回来了。用 640 而不是 5M 的档位拍的照片，通过的 概率要大。 当你的照片搞定之后，在 Step 2 中选 A 项开始新的申请，或者 B 项继续上一次申请。 在选 B 项继续上一次存盘的申请时，你要输入姓的前五个字母，以及生日的年份 ，以做验证。 从现在开始，你要注意每一个页面的页头名称。 所有页头名称也将列在左侧，以做快速定位。另外还有抬头的菜单栏。 所有的签证申请都包含如下十部分：个人信息，地址和电话，护照，旅行，随行人员 ，以往的美国旅行，美国联系方式，家庭，工作/教育/ 培训，安全与背景。 学习或工作，还分别另外有附加表格。 所有表格的填项，只能使用英文，只有一项用中文填写姓名（见 1-1） 。另外，带去面 试的确认页，也要手书中文信息。 凡是没有答案的问题，一定要勾 x Does Not Apply 项。 另外，DS-160 的表格，交互性强。那就是，根据申请人的不同申请及背景，提问会有 差异。下面揽括的所有问题，你不一定能全部遇到。没有关系，这并不意味着你填少了 表。 1-1. Personal Information 1 （个人信息） Surnames 姓 Given Names 名 Full Name in Native Alphabet 以中文习惯填写中文姓名（如王小五） 这里可以输入中文。 Q: Have you ever used other names (i.e., maiden, religious, professional, alias, etc.)? 姓名有三个字或更多的同学，要答 “Yes“. 如王老五同学（王五同学就不用了） 。 当你点击 “Yes“ 之后，又有新的问题展开出来。 在 “Other Surnames Used (maiden, religious, professional, aliases, etc.) “ 处填姓（复姓中间留空格） ，如 SI MA （司马） 。 在 “Other Given Names Used“ 处填名，中间留空格，如 LAO WU. 这是新表格的一个特点。在每一页的开始，只问申请人有限的几个问题。只有需要更多 的信息时，才会展开出更多的问题来。 Sex 性别 Marital Status 婚姻状况 Date of Birth (Format: DD-MMM-YYYY) 生日 City of Birth 出生地城市 护照上列的是县，就填县。 State/Province of Birth 出生地省份 出生在西四帽儿胡同的同学，勾 x Does Not Apply 项。 Country of Birth 出生国 -China 这是你的第一页，先练习一下存盘，点下面中间的磁盘符。如果能自定文件名，不妨更 名为 “JP021410BJ.dat“, 并选定路径名，便于记忆。 系统的文件名如 CEACAA0001S1M1.dat 是随机的且容易混淆。 以后，每进行到下一页之前，一定要先存盘。每一页都存一次。 如果当前页所填的信息不全，存盘时会有警告。 存盘完后继续到下一页。 1-2.
