PEP Book 6 Unit5 Part A Lets learn广东省佛山市高明区第一小学 杜婉玲一、分析教材:本套教材的教学目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们英语学习的积极态度,使他们初步建立学习英语的自信心;培养学生具有一定的语感和良好的语言、语调、书写基础,以及良好的学习习惯;使他们初步具有并用英语进行简单日常交流的能力。同时,培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想像和创造力。适当介绍中西主文化,培养学生的爱国主义精神,增强世界意识,为学生的进一步学习奠定良好的基础。二、教学方法与策略:运用启发式教学和情景教学,以启发学生自主学习为主,利用先进的教学媒体,创设情景,使学生整一节课都置身在游玩动物园这情景当中,使他们忘记了在死板的课室里学习,充分利用了孩子们爱玩的性格特征,让他们玩中学,学得快乐,学得轻松。三、学生分析和学法指导:五年级的学生大部份的英语基础较好,肯学好问,思维活跃,对上英语课表现出极大的兴趣。而且该班的表演欲很强,在教师设计的多个游戏环节中,他们都能积极地参与,并收到很好的效果。为让培养学生自主学习的良好习惯,我采用启发式教学,让学生自己发现问题,自己解决问题。再由教师解惑释疑,充分体现教师的主导作用和学生的主体地位的辩证统一。四、Teaching aims(教学目的)1. Learn the Present Tense: be+ doing.2. Learn the new words and expressions in A.B Lets learn.五、Key and difficult points.(教学重点和难点) Learn to express what animals are doing. Ask and answer the questions:(1) What is it/he/she doing?(2) What are they doing?六、Teaching aids(教具)1、CAI 2、Cards 3、magic sticks 七、Teaching steps(教学步骤)一、 Warm-up CAI 2T: Good morning boys and girls. How are you ?Ss: Good morning teachersT:Howare you doing?Ss: I am find . And you?T: I am find too.T:(Please look out of the window.) Its sunny today. Theres a big party at the zoo now. The animals are very happy. Do you know what can they do? Let me talk with them. CAI 2(教师跟戴着头饰的学生对话)T: Oh , I see Miss dog over there .Dog, dog , what can you do?S;I can run/ fly.T: Run, please.学生做跑的动作。Can you jump/ swim/ walk?(五个动作做完后)T: Ah, they are very happy .Lets join them ,ok?齐做Lets do. CAI 3Jump, jump, the rabbit can jump.Fly, fly, the bird can fly.Swim, swim, the fish can swim.Walk, walk, the elephant can walk.Run, run, the dog can run. 二、 Presentation( 1 )T: Look, here comes a bird. CAI 4What is the bird doing?Ss: Its flying.T: Teach flying.(带读几次)板书分解教读/flai/ Flying Flying Flying. The bird is flying.CAI 5T: Look, I have so many pretty magic sticks. Do you want to get one? Ask a question about his butterfly ,then I give you one magic stick.S: What is the butterfly doing?学生答对后奖励一支魔术棒T:Look at your magic stick. What is in it? Do you know the word?让学生读写在术魔棒上的动词现在分词。从而复习过往所学过的动词现在分词。T; What are they doing?S: They are flying.( 2 )Teach jumping. CAI 6T: Wow , what a lovely kangaroo! Can you tell me what is the kangaroo doing?Ss: Its jumping.教师板书分解教读jumping , jumping.Read the word one by oneT:板书并带读 jumping. jumping. jumping. The kangaroo is jumping.学生跟读一次T: Can you ask a question about this panda ?Ss: Its jumping. 学生答对后奖励一支魔术棒T:Look at your magic stick. What is in it? Do you know the word?T: I am looking for Miss Rabbit. Miss Rabbit, where are you ?Rabbit: I am here.T: I know you can jump, but how long can you jump? Can you show it?R: Sure. Look!(学生做做跳远的动作)T:Wow, you can jump so long! Lets give her hands.(教师引导学生鼓掌。) 奖励一支魔术棒T:Look at your magic stick. What is in it? Do you know the word?T: CAI 7 This is high jump and this is long jump. CAI 8T: Can you guess their Chinese meaning?( 3 )Teach walking.T: Oh, I want to find Mr elephant. Mr Elephant where are you?Elephant : I am here.扮演大象的学生模仿大象向讲台走来。T: Come here ,please.T: Look at him, what is he doing?Ss: He is walking.分解教读/wa:k/ walking 几次。Read this word group to group.(板书)教书板书并带读:walking. walking. walking.The elephant is walking.T;CAI 9 Look, can you finish this sentence?答对的学生奖励一支魔术棒。并引导学生读木魔棒的单词。( 4 )Teach running.(重点)CAI 10 T: Listen, Can you guess what is this?(课件里有马奔跑的声音)S1: A horse.T: What is the horse doing?S2: It is running.T: Excellent. The horse is running now.板书running .分解带读runningRuning, Runing, Runing, The horse is running.教师引导学生发现run的不同,T: Can you spell this word?待学生拼写完后问:Can you find whats the different with other words? Yes, this is a especial present participle, we must write double “n”.CAI 11 T:who can finish this sentence? 答对的学生奖励一支魔术棒。并引导学生读木魔棒的单词。( 5 )Sing a song: walking. CAI 12 “Walking.Walking.Walking.Walking.hop.hop.hop. hop.hop.hop.Running.Running.Running.Running. Running. Running. Running. Now Lets stop.Up and down.”( 6 )Teach swimming.T: CAI 13Listen. Can you guess what is this?(课件里有鱼游水的声音)S1: Its a fish.T: Is the fish running now? S: No, it isnt.T:What is the fish doing?S1: Its swimming.T: Yes, The fish is swimming.板书分解教读swimming.几次(板书)Read it. Group to group .T: Swimming. Swimming. Swimming. The fish is swimming.T: this is a especial present participle, too. we must write double “m”.T: Can you ask a question about the duck? 引导学生提问:What is the duck doing?S: The duck is swimming. 学生答对后奖励一支魔术棒( 7 )T: Now, we have learned five words, lets use these words to make a chant.( 8 )出示CAI 14, 教师引导学生读Lets chant.( 9 ). T: Do you like playing games? Now, Lets play a game.快乐大转盘(CAI 15)转动轮盘,让学生猜猜哪个单词会停止。T: There are some words in this turntable. For example: fighting, jumping, watching TV, eating, walking. When I turn on the turntable. Can you guess which word will stop?当我按停这个转盘的时候,你猜指针会停在哪个单词上?提问五个学生,T: You can guess ,then say what you like.猜对的那个学生,奖励一支魔术棒。并引导学生读魔木棒的单词。(10) T:I think you must be like the games, so I design an interesting game.First, I will invite four students to make a modal .You choose one card and ask a question , you choose one card and answer the question.奖励每个学生一支魔术棒。T:Look at your magic stick. What is in it? Do you know the word? 引导学生读木魔棒的单词。T: Now , play this game with your four person groups members.T: After the game. Lets do some exercises.T: Look at the pictures just for five seconds. Then tell me what are they doing? 出示CAI 16 17 18 19 (11)T: Wow, the animals enjoy the big party now. Do you want to know what are they doing in the party now? Take out the exercises paper and read by yourself. Try to find the answer.T: After you read the passage, Do you know what are the animals doing now?提问一个学生,等他作出否定回答后,So let me take you to the party. Watch the video carefully, then finish the exercise.(播放动物园片花 CAI 20) (12)After you watched the video, please finish the passage CAI 21T: I dont think all the students can find the answer, so I give you a chance to watch it again. CAI 20 ( 13 )评讲练习。T; Now, Lets check your answer.拿一张学生的练习展示评讲。T: Can you find any mistakes?T: No more mistakes/ T: If your answer is wrong, please correct your mistakes by yourself.( 14 )引入保护动物的思想教育。T:Do you like the animals? The animals are very lovely, we all like them, they are my good friends. So we must protect them.( 15 )总结学过的五个单词。T: Today we have learned five words,now lets reveiew them.Please open your book P58, Listen to the tape , point the words and read after the tape.( 16 ) Homework.
