Environmental Protection and Directorate for Natural Resources Management come into rural regions of Changsha and Dongting Lake to field trips three times from June, 2005 to September, 2007. 2005年10月和2007年5月，湖南省环保厅先后两次组织农业、林业、水利、商务、环保等部门领导和专家赴挪威参观考察。 Environmental Protection Department of Hunan Province organized leaders and experts of Agriculture, Forestry, Water resources, Commerce and established the biodiversity conservation knowledge training class, the staff trained included the administrative personnel and specialized technical personnel from the environmental protection, agriculture, forestry and water conservancy departments in the Dongting Lake Area. conventions on biodiversity in our country, international cooperation in biodiversity conservation and project introductions to domestic biodiversity cooperation, wetland conservation in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and Dongting Lake, biodiversity and its conservation, identification and prevention of alien invasive species, related management capability, biodiversity
