a b s t r a c ti nc h i n e s e 摘要 黄肢教白蚁和台湾乳白蚁是两种世界范围内分布最广和危害是严重的土木栖白蚁研究 新型杀蚁胡在白蚁中传播的机理可为白蚁防治提供新的技术支持，对于提高白蚁防治本平具 有重要的理论意义和实用价值。 论文首先就剂量、处理未处理工蚁比率( 供受比) 和处理后时间分别对两种新型杀蚁剂一 氟虫腈和茚虫威在台湾乳白蚁工蚁中的水平传播做了研究。实验表明：高剂量和高的供受比 能导致未处理白蚁更多、更快地死亡。处理后时阔对受体白蚁的死亡率有显著影响，证明茚 虫威和氟虫腈对白蚁具有缓杀效果。 当茚虫威的有效剂量为2 0 0 n g 时，受试的工蚁在2 0 天内全部死亡。在2 4 天内，l o o n g 未处理工蚁的死亡率为6 8 1 0 w o , 当剂量小于5 0 n g 时，未处理工蚁的死亡率小于6 0 。在处理 后2 4 天内，只有当供受比大于l ：4 且裁量丈于2 0 n g 时朱处理自蚊才能达到较大的死亡率。 当氟虫腈的有效剂量为l o n g 时，l ：l 供受比在4 天内和大于l ：9 的供受比在1 2 天内来处 理向蚁的死亡率都大于9 0 。当氟虫腈的有效剂量为2 n g 时，供受比为t ：l 、1 ：4 和l ：9 时1 6 天内术处理白蚁的死亡率分别4 8 、2 1 和1 5 6 。 论文设计了一种红外摄像系统，它可以无干扰地观察白蚁杀蚁剂和白蚁白蚁相互作用的 过程。该系统实时记录了黄肢散白蚁群落在施用i p p m 氟虫膪前后的动态变化，直观地显示 出工蚁通过搬运毒土，行走通过毒土区或含有毒士的蚁道而直接中毒，其它末中毒的白蚁则 通过与中毒白蚁相互抚触、交哺、表皮的直接接触、残食或食尸等行为而间接中毒。中毒的 白蚁不是死在毒土区或与毒土区接邻的蚁道。而是回到蚁巢中，并受到其它白蚁的照料。中 毒死亡的自蚁尸体对其他白蚁活动没有拒避作用。实验表明：i p p m 氟虫腈毒土能在5 0 天内 杀死整个白蚁群落。 为了更多地了解白蚁个体行为，在台湾乳白蚁( 8 0 工蚁和2 0 兵蚁) 中设计了长达4 0 天的饥饿实验。饥饿组和对照组的死亡率分别为9 0 5 、2 3 2 ，残食率分别为6 2 0 、2 3 0 饥饿组和对照组的体重分别减低7 7 0 j u2 3 。前3 0 天内死亡率主要由残食引起。前2 0 天内， 3 6 o 兵蚁被残食，而工蚁的残食率只有1 6 o 。无论在饥饿组还是对照组，工蚁不但残食活 的向蚁，而且还吃白蚁尸体。这些个体行为对新型杀蚁剂的传播具有重要的意义。 v 论文还测定了台湾乳白蚁、南方散白蚁和黄肢散白蚁对乙二醇苯醚( 追踪激素类似物) 的追踪活性。台湾乳白蚁较其他两种白蚁对乙二酵苯醚更为敏感，其最低跟踪浓度分别为 0 0 0 8 6 、0 0 2 3 和0 0 7 1 5 i i g c m 三种白蚁的晟佳跟踪浓度分别为0 0 1 7 3 -
