语义演化的典型理论分析 学科专业：英语语言文学 指导教师：文旭教授 研究方向：语言学及现代英语 研究生：黎婷婷( $ 2 0 0 4 0 6 4 1 ) 内容摘要 根据传统的语义学理论，词义是从指称意义和真值条件等方面来考查，在此基 础上词义范畴是基于经典范畴观来认识研究的，其研究结果是词义具有客观真实性 和不可变性，因此根本无法解释词义变化这一语言现象。语义学家们还试图从历史 语言学和语用学角度对词义的变化进行深入的研究和探讨，虽也取得了一些成果， 但仍无法对词义变化这一现象给出详实而可靠的解释，本文拟从认知语言学中典型 理论来解释词义变化这一语言现象。 第一章主要介绍了语义演化的定义，对典型理论作出了一个大概的论述，提出 用典型理论来解释语义演化 第二章主要回顾了在语义演化上相关的一些机制和理论，论述了隐喻，转喻对 语义改变的影响以及语法化和主题化在语义改变中发挥的作用。 第三章着重对典型范畴理论进行了介绍和分析，探讨了这一认知语言学中重要 的理论在语义演化中的应用，提出了典型性对词义变化的影响及其认知理据。 第四章分析了语义演化的四个典型特征 第五章通过对典型理论的进一步分析，深入研究了语义改变的分类，对语义的 扩大、语义的缩小、语义的转移以及语义提升四种变化作出了详尽的分析，同时对
