摘要 自然界是五彩斑斓的，颜色会产生特定的含义在入的头脑中，并让人们心旷 神怡，浮想联翩，这就是颜色的社会内涵。颜色不再是一个客观的物质，而是一 个融合了诸多因素的特殊的文化概念。因此，无论是在中文和英文中，都有很多 颜色的表达反映了不同的文化心理和情绪色素。 色彩词是一种常见的语义现象，在文化交流中，它们也是一种极其重要的手 段，对于撩调人际关系起着非常重要的作用。客观世界的一切，莫不有它独特的 颜色。颜色作为人类经验的重要组成部分，一直是语言学家研究的重点，但对颜色 词的研究大部分都仅停留在构造积语义描述的层蘑上，鲜有人触及其背后的认知 机制，也就是缺乏系统全面对构造和语义的理据的解释。本文拟从认知语言学的 焦度对英汉大词典和汉语大溺典墨的英汉颜色词进行全面的对比分析， 旨在帮助了解英汉颜色词的构造规律、语义演变的基础、过程方式及结果，同时 加深对英语和汉语词语文化的认识，进一步了解语言发震的内在规律。本文重点 介绍和分析了英汉颜色词语义演变方式规律，特别是两个不同的语言体系内的颜 色词在文化联想语义上的区别。通过对比分析，本文褥出了英汉颜色词的差异反 映了两种语言文化习惯的差异，从而为理解语言与文化的关系提供佐证。 到霹前为止，国内外的许多学者一直在从不同的焦度来研究这一现象。根据 笔者的搜集、整理、分类，发现关于颜色认知的文章，过去数十年发表在核心期 刊的并不多，仅有几篇文章就这个话题在有限的杂志墨篱短地介绍了某些色彩词 的隐喻意义。本文首先从隐喻和转喻两个方面介绍了汉英色彩词的语义结构，并 在此基础上总结褥基了汊英基本色彩词的相同点和不霹点。在第罂章璧，分析了 造成汉英色彩词差异的不同原因，它们是分别是文化差异、思维差异、翻译转换
