的中国性再现和姐妹情深，对小说中的文化协商进行初步研究，并探讨了谭恩美 所塑造的人物颠覆了美国文学及大众媒体中存在的对亚裔美国人的刻板现象。 就目前作者所收集的材料来看，研究者对小说中的文化协商和身份重构深入、 全面的研究甚少。从本土研究者的角度来系统而全面研究文化身份更是寥若晨星。 因此，本文作者将利用研究者自身中国的本土文化的优势来研究小说中的文化身 份，以期对拓展华裔美国文学研究领域能有一些启示。 论文共分五大部分。引言部分回顾了谭恩美的文学成就，前人对灵感女孩 的研究综述以简要及介绍后殖民批评家霍米巴巴的第三空间理论。正文部分总共 包括三章。第一章主要是从小说主人公宽的刻板形象和中国食物的文化隐喻来阐 述了小说中的中国性再现。有鉴于此，论文第二章论述了宽的抵抗策略，即通过 讲故事来达到打破沉默和与奥利维亚进行真诚的交流的目的。同时，随着故事情 节的推进，奥利维亚对中国文化的逐渐理解和接受，表明了奥利维亚的双重分裂 身份已经成功进行了重构。第三章借助中国的阴阳学说重点分析了两个主人公的 文化协商的过程，由最初激烈冲突走向最终的完美融合。小说的结尾中的中国之 行，具有文化融合的象征意义，从而升华了主题。论文的最后结论部分总结本文
