摘要 在众多好莱坞电影中，有- 4 , 部分电影专门描弓智障人士，其中一些其至在 国际范围内获得巨大反响，比如雨人和阿甘正传。本文作者将这些电影 冠以“智障电影”之名，并具体定义为“将智障角色作为叙事及人物塑造核心的 电影。” 经过3 0 多年的发展，这一特殊电影类型形成了鲜明的特色和的文化内涵。然 而，这些特色和内涵并没有引起电影评论界或学术界应有的重视。 本论文试图从定义、历史发展、特点、社会背景、社会价值及局限等几个方 面对智障电影进行初步研究。每一部分的结论都基于对电影素材的分析及相关电 影评论的参考。 本论文共分七章。第一章概括介绍好莱坞电影及论文研究目标；第二章概括 智障电影的定义，并追溯其发展史，包括兴起、发展及全盛三阶段；第三章从好 莱坞电影普遍特征、电影风格、人物塑造三方面分析智障电影的特点；第四章从 美国社会近3 0
