中文摘要 近年来，随着话语分析与篇章语言学等领域研究的深入，人们不再局限于对语言本身的 描述，而是逐渐转向列语篇的宏观结构及其交际功能的探讨。在人们探讨语篇宏观结构与语 篇功能关系的同时，语篇体裁的研究也成为语篇分析等领域中的热门话题之一。为提高学习 者理解利创作研究性跄文的能力，国内外很多学者做过学术论文的体裁分析，但是对医学研 究论文所做的体裁分析却不多。医学研究论文的语篇属于特定的交际事件，具有特定的交际 目的和交际对缘，除具有一般研究论文的特点外，还有其独有的体裁结构和语言体现方式。 因此，研究医学论文的体裁结构特点具有重要意义。 在回顾和分析体裁结构理论及医学研究沦文特征的基础上，作者设计出医学研究论文引 言平时寸论部分的体裁结构模型，并运用改模型对4 0 篇选自国际知名医学杂志的英文医学研究 论文的引言和讨沦部分的宏观和微观结构进行研究分析，探讨其结构是否遵循该模型结构。 分析以语轮和语步为单位，同时运用系统语言学方法分析其结构的组织策略和语言体现。研 究结果表明医学研究论文引言和讨论部分的体裁结构与所设计的体裁结构模型基本相同，但 每个语步所出现的频率羽i 语吉体现却因交际目的不同而不同，由此总结出引言1 和讨论部分语 篇结构中必须出现的成份和可以出现的成份，以及各种成份所出现的位置和时态。 本研究具有一定的理论意义和应用意义，它丰富了体裁分析的研究内容。研究所得出的体 裁结构模型和语言体现不仅刑语篇分析，而且剥教学也有着重要的意义。它可以帮助学生和 医学研究人员熟悉医学研究论文的语篇建构机制和纲要式结构，引导他们掌握医学论文遣词 造句、谋篇相局的基本规律和特征。
