已经在美国、欧洲、亚洲等许多国家和地区被应用于 构建公共的无线宽带网络，以满足那些“享受到在办公桌以外环境中的高速、可靠、标准 化的网络接入服务，以能够使得他们随时随地灵活自如地接入公司内部网络或互联网”的需 要。在国内，由于商务差旅人数的不断增加，以及笔记本等终端设备的不断普及，该技术的 应用也显示出了良好的发展前景。 为此，中国网络通信有限责任公司推出了“无限伴旅”( m o b il eo f f i c e ) 无线宽带上网 服务。该服务应用无线局域网技术( i e e e8 0 2 1 1 b ) ，克服了网线和电话线的束缚，上网速 度比传统方式快5 0 2 0 0 倍，其可靠性与保密性- 9 有线局域网相同。客户只要在笔记本电脑 或p d a 上安装无线网卡就能在全国主要城市的机场、会务中心、酒店商务区和高档咖啡厅等 网通m o b i l eo f f i c e 对于大型企业用户应重点服务，促进销售。 通过对于购买频率、产品单价、品牌忠诚度、顾客要求的服务水准、竞争性产品的差异、 市场潜力等影响分销渠道宽度的因素的分析，可以看出中国网通无限伴旅( m o b il eo f f i c e ) 产品分销宜采用较宽的渠道模式。 通过对于市场、产品、消费者、中间商等影响分销渠道长度因素的分析，可以看出中国 网通无限伴旅( m o b il eo f f i c e ) 产品目前针对企业客户和热点地区的经销商宜采用短通路 的渠道，而随着产品的进一步发展，用户人数的增多和网络覆盖区域的扩大，则宜采用长通 路的方式。 在上述分析的基础上，本文提出了新的中国网通无限伴旅( m o b il eo f f i c e ) 产品分销 渠道设计方案。具体来说，针对大型企业客户仍采用网通直销的方式，以更好地为他们服务。 针对中小型企业客户可以设立销售代理，作为直销队伍的补充，以扩大销售面，尽可能的挖 掘客户，扩大市场份额。为避免渠道的水平冲突，销售代理在每个区域内按照行业的不同， 例如：金融、服务、媒体等划分销售范围。销售代理的利润来自其销售佣金。 服务网络的覆盖发展工作则主要由渠道代理完成，渠道代理只负责热点地区潜在网络覆 盖目标的接触- 9 洽谈工作。为避免渠道内的水平冲突，渠道代理也象销售代理那样，在每个
