2 0 0 5 年上海大学硕上学位论文 a c o n t r a s t i v e s t u d y o f n a t i o n a 1 c u l t u r a l m e a n i n g b e t w e e n e n g 1 i s h a n ，d c h i n e s e a n i m a 1 w o r d s 摘要 国俗语义是王德春教授在前苏联学者“语言国俗学”的基础上提出的国俗语 义学的研究核心。它是语义民族性的一种表现，客观地反映了使用该语言国家的 历史文化和民情风俗。 英汉两种语言中语义间的关系表现在很多方面，在语言的各要素中，词汇是 其基本要素，各种文化特征都会在该语言的词汇里留下它们的痕迹。在人类发展 的历史长河中，动物和人类的关系密切并在人类生活中起着很重要的作用。世界 各族人民在与动物的接触中经过长期的观察、驯化和使用创造了丰富的动物词汇 和形象的比喻。这些动物词汇积淀着特有的民族心理，负载着人们的感情，形成 了各民族特有的动物文化，具有丰富的国俗语义。作为两种非常发达的语言，英 汉两种语言中都有着非常丰富的动物词汇，都承载着其独特的文化信息。然而国 俗语义通常是内隐的，是在词汇的概念意义上添加历史文化、民情风俗、地理环 境等文化色彩的语义，离开了特定民族文化背景是难以理解的。 本文以王德春教授提出的国俗语义理论为基础从英汉动物词汇的国俗语义 耦合、平行、空缺和冲突四个方面对英汉两种语言中动物词语的国俗语义的异同 进行了对比分析。通过分析，总结了英汉两种语言中动物词语的国俗语义，为英 汉动物词语国俗语义的正确理解和传达提供了依据。在此基础上，简要探讨了英 汉动物词语国俗语义对比分析对翻译、外语教学和跨文化交际的启示。 关键词；国俗语义动物词语对比分析启示 2 0 0 5 年上海大学硕十学位论文 盎：= !
