摘要 翻译的个案研究对于翻译理论的深化意义重大，且具有切实指导实践的价 值。张爱玲的译事在国内学界还是一个新鲜课题，尤其以往关于张爱玲的研究 主要局限在文艺领域，张爱玲在中国乃至国际翻译史学界的重要位置近两年来 才开始被学者们重视，华人世界中的“张迷 现象也有了更加丰富的话题，然 而无论在海内外，对张爱玲的翻译研究始终处于类真空状态，缺乏系统的梳理 和对其翻译现象的本质探讨。 本文认为张爱玲的翻译现象是一个十分特殊而又意义深远的语言、文学、 文化和政治现象，它承载着张爱玲对于艺术、文化和人生的丰富感悟。张爱玲 的特殊身世，人生经历，双语才能及其文学成就是使其成为一个享誉海内外的 成功作家和译家的主要因素。本文首先回顾了其人生经历和其文学译者的素 养，进而通过作者能够找到的张的几个英译本的分析，发现张爱玲在翻译领域 重在实践，而不是停留在空洞的翻译漫谈上，尽管没有留下系统的翻译理论。 分析得出的结论是，张爱玲的翻译文本有杂合的特质，她在翻译中主要采用了 异化的策略来处理语言和文化因素，而张也利用各种不同的、灵活多样的翻译 技巧来优化其翻译文本。本文还发现张使用了翻译补偿技巧，并从女性主义干 涉角度对源语文本进行增补，写前言和“劫持”的处理以实现对源语文本的有
