绍兴地区幼儿园英语教师现状调查与分析 摘要 作为教学活动的设计者和组织者，教师在教学过程中的作用不言而喻。幼儿园英语 教师的作用更为突出。这一方面是因为幼儿自身尚无较好的自控能力，更谈不上自学能 力，他们的英语学习完全需要在教师的引导和帮助下进行；另一方面在英语学习最早阶 段，教师是否能给幼儿以标准地道的语音输入，是否能激发幼儿的英语学习兴趣，是否 能帮助学生形成良好的英语学习习惯，不仅将直接影响幼儿在幼儿园时英语学习的成 败，还将对他们今后英语学习的成败产生长远的影响。可以说，一支良好的教师队伍是 幼儿园英语教学得以成功开展的关键。但相关研究指出目前幼儿园英语师资还存在不少 问题。所以，本文通过调查旨在了解绍兴地区幼儿园英语教师现状，找出其中存在的问 题并提出相应对策。本研究的另一个目的是想以这次调查为依据，结合有关理论，对幼儿 英语教学及幼儿英语教师的培养和培训提出一些合理有用的建议。 本研究首先对国内外幼儿英语教师培养和培训的相关研究成果进行了回顾总结，指 出了这些研究的一些不足，然后根据研究目的和任务进行调查设计。调查主要分三部分： 在绍兴地区选择3 4 所幼儿园里的5 0 位英语教师进行问卷调查：选择3 0 位幼儿园园长 进行访谈；选择听3 0 位英语教师的课。最后对调查结果进行统计分析，提出对策和建 议。 本课题主要研究以下问题： 、绍兴地区幼儿园英语教师存在哪些问题? 如何去克服这些问题? 二、通过何种既合理又易于大面积推广的正规教育形式来培养合格的幼儿园英语师 资? 三、幼儿园英语教师培训要注意哪些问题? 通过对以上问题的研究，本文得出以下结论： 一、绍兴地区幼儿园英语教师存在学历偏低、培训偏少、工作氛围欠佳、学习不够、 忽视科研、工作量偏重、英语素质较差、教学效果欠理想等问题。要解决这些问题，必 须及时加强幼j l n 英语教师培训，充分激发她们的工作、学习和科研热情，合理安排她 们的工作量。同时严把师资引进关，不盲目和过多开设英语课。 二、通过在学前教育高职专业中开设侧英班是较好的易于大面积推广的培养合格的 幼儿园英语师资的有效途径。 三、幼儿园英语教师培训应遵循一些原则，如应注意因园制宜，因人而异，目的明
