摘要 安妮莱斯的代表作之一夜访吸血鬼出版于1 9 7 6 年，自出版以来，一直 被吸血鬼迷们及其研究者们奉为圣经。本文以夜访吸血鬼为文本，分析其中 体现的新哥特主义特点。 夜访吸血鬼不仅足对早期哥特文学的继承，而且是一部典型的新哥特主 义小说。本文以新哥特主义的特点为切入点，以传统哥特主义为对照，对安妮莱 斯小说中的新哥特世界展开讨论。 本文包含四部分。第一章对美国文学的哥特传统与安妮莱斯的新哥特世界进 行研究，分析安妮莱斯小说中对传统哥特小说的继承，进而介绍新哥特小说的起 源及其特点，从而为文本分析提供理论基础。第二章分析安妮莱斯如何刻画人性 化的吸血鬼形象，并探究其内心世界。第三章通过分析吸血鬼这一文学形象的现 实隐喻意义折射出当代西方社会的一系列现实问题，如现代人的孤独感，同性恋
