中文摘要 摘要 已往的研究表明由于民族文化的差异，本族语为非英语的人员由于受本族文化 的影响往往将本族语的一些写作特点和思维方式带到英语写作中。随着世界经济 全球化、一体化进程的不断加快及中国加入世界贸易组织，我国与英语国家的贸 易往来越来越密切，英文促销信在国内公司向国外顾客宣传自己产品的过程中起 了不容忽视的作用。所以本文选择以英文促销信为研究对象，旨在比较中国人和 英美国家人士在写作英文促销信中存在的差异并分析其原因。 本研究搜集了6 0 封英语促销信，建立了两个语料库：中国促销人员写的3 0 封英语促销信语料库( c c ) 和母语为英语的促销人员写的3 0 封英语促销信语料库 ( n s c ) 。运用e s p 体裁分析法对两个语料库中的英语促销信的语步结构特点和部 分语言特征进行了比较分析。基于b h a t i a ( 1 9 9 3 ) 提出的商业促销信的结构分析模 式，使用语步一策略作为分析单位，从语步和策略两方面对英语促销信的宏观结 构进行分析：利用s c o t t ( 2 0 0 4 ) 的语料分析软件w o r d s m i t h t o o l s4 0 对两个数据库 中的必须语步进行了词频分析，并对词频分析中突出的语言特点进行了分析。本 研究使用卡方f i s h e r 精确检验和独立样本t 检验分析两个语料库中的英语促销信 在结构和部分语言特征方面的差异性，初步探讨了英语促销信的基本特征，以及 两组促销人员所写的英语促销信之间的差异及原因。 研究的主要结果是：( 1 ) 中国人写的英语促销信包含8 个语步( 必须语步为 语步2 ，语步3 和语步6 ) s 而母语为英语的人写的英语促销信包含7 个语步( 必 须语步为语步3 ，语步6 ) 。其中存在显著差异的语步有语步1 ，语步2 ，语步4 ， 语步7 和语步8 。( 2 ) 两个语料库中只有语步2 和语步3 采用多种策略来实现其 目的。其中语步2 中策略3 和策略4 存在显著差异。( 3 ) 在对2 个必须语步即语 步3 和语步6 进行语言特点分析中，两组作者在第一人称和第二人称的使用中存 在显著差异。两个语料库中的英语促销信在语言结构和语言特点方面的差异表明 中国作者在写英语促销信时会受到本族思维模式，目标语言使用熟练程度及母语 语言迁移等因素的影响。 本研究在一定程度上可以帮助英语促销信撰写者更好的了解英语促销信的特 点，能够为中国的外语教学者与学习者带来教学与学习上的启发和帮助。 关键词：体裁分析，对比研究，英语促销信，语步，策略 a b s l r a c r a b s t r a c t s o m er e s e a r c h e ss h o wt h a to w i n gt ot h ed i f f e r e n tc u l t u r a lp a t t e r n s ，n o n -
