论文摘要 作为巴赫金话语理论的核心内容，话语的对话性( 互文性) 直到上世纪六十年 代才受到语言学和文学界应有的关注。尽管巴赫金学派一再重申一切话语都有对话 性，但对它的实际话语分析仅局限于文学语篇。近期的研究表明对话性也是非文学 语篇的一个显著特征。辛斌对新闻语篇的互文性分析就是其中的典范。本文尝试对 另一大众语篇食品广告，进行对话性研究，意在揭示广告对日常生活的渗透和侵 蚀。通过分析具有对话性的语言手段及修辞手段在食品广告语篇中所起的作用，把 此类语篇中隐藏的隐性意识形态暴露于众，希望对人们树立科学的消费观念有帮助。 同时，中英文食品广告的范例表明话语的对话性具有一定的普遍性。 全文由五部分组成。首章是对全文研究的主要内容的简单介绍。第二章简要回 顾了广告语篇的相关研究。第三章展开对对话性理论及其发展的基本阐述并给予一 定评价。第四章对中英文食品广告中运用的语言手段和修辞手段分别以显性对话和 隐性对话形式进行对话性分析。显性对话由问题和祈使句形式实现，隐性对话则由 引用，预设，否定和比较，和模仿等手段来实现。借助于语言的人际功能理论，广 告的信息功能次于劝说功能的论点有了很好的解释。本章还尝试性地探讨了食品广 告语篇中由语言手段和修辞手段实现的谈话风格对大众意识形态的形成和禁锢所起
