体育院校论文：体育院校 体育教育训练学 篮球 硕士研究生【中文摘要】随着我国经济的高速发展,各体育院校也随之快速发展,体育研究生也开始不断扩招,我国体育教育训练学篮球方向硕士研究生的数量有了较大幅度的增长。但是随着研究生总体数量的不断增长,研究生教育越来越“大众化”,在研究生培养的过程中也显现出了一些问题,已经有许多专家学者提出了自己的看法,认为现在研究生的培养质量和研究生的整体素质在下降。所以,如何确保我国体育教育训练学篮球方向硕士研究生的培养质量、提高我国体育教育训练学篮球方向硕士研究生的整体素质是当前需要解决的问题。鉴于上述原因,本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、调查问卷法、逻辑分析法以及数据统计法等对我国部分体育院校(北京体育大学、武汉体育学院、沈阳体育学院、首都体育学院、山东体育学院、哈尔滨体育学院、成都体育学院、天津体育学院、西安体育学院、广州体育学院、南京体育学院)体育教育训练学篮球方向硕士研究生的培养现状进行了调查研究。在研究中分析总结出我国体育院校体育教育训练学篮球方向硕士研究生在培养过程中存在的问题,并提出相关的建议,希望对将来体育教育训练学篮球方向硕士研究生的培养提供一定的参考。通过对我国体育院校体育教育训练学篮球方向硕士研究生的培养目标、课程设置、导师队伍、招生情况、学习年限和能力培养现状的研究,总结出以下结论:1我国体育院校体育教育训练学专业硕士研究生的培养目标总的来说比较合理,但是各院校的培养目标基本一致,没有自己的特点,更没有细化出专门对于体育教育训练学篮球方向硕士研究生的培养目标。学生从业方向朝着多元化发展,从业范围越来越广。2英语四、六级考试是否必须通过有待探讨。体育院校应该开设专业英语。3体育院校课程设置基本合理,但课程内容存在必修课和选修课比例不合理等问题。篮球技术对提高体育教育训练学篮球方向硕士研究生的科研及以后就业能力的作用很大,但篮球技术课教学还存在观念上不重视、设置时间过短、实施上流于形式、形式单一等问题。4导师的年龄阶段比较合理。导师的指导对学生很有帮助,但研究生跟导师的沟通次数却很少。5篮球方向硕士研究生招收更应当注重综合素质。非体育类考生跨专业报考现象越来越多,研究生生源质量有所下滑,整体素质下降。6体育院校学习年限的安排存在不合理之处。研究生对能力培养的期望与导师的希望存在差别。【英文摘要】With the economy growing fast, the physical education academy develops fast. The postgraduates scale of the direction of basketball of physical education and training is larger along with the enroll students scale expands, but there are some questions in the same time,especially many experts oppugn the question in quality of postgraduates education and the postgraduates diathesis. Therefore, how assure the quality of postgraduate education is the main urgently problem.Based on the above situation,through literature,experts investigation,questionnaire method,logical analysis and data processing analysis,the study has a research and investigation on culture status of Master of Physical education and training of some Sports academies in China,(including Beijing University of Physical Education,Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,Shenyang Institute of Physical Education,Capital Institute of Physical Education, Shandong Institute of Physical Education,Harbin Institute of Physical Education,Chengdu Institute of Physical Education,Tianjin Institute of Physical Education,Xian Institute of Physical Education, Nanjing Institute of Physical Education, Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education). Analysis of the study summed up the problems of Chinese sports science graduate training in the process of the existing problems of Chinese sports education and training institutions,and put forward relevant proposals for the culturing of Master of Physical education and training.From the research of training objective, curriculum, the number of years set for a course, faculty of tutors and the current condition of fostering abilities concerning postgraduates majoring in basketball of physical education and training in universities on China, the following main conclusions can be reached:1. At present, the training objectives of those universities with a more comprehensive objective are identical with postgraduatesemployment direction, while concrete objectives are not clear and definite as yet. Singling fostering persons qualified to teach cant meet demands of society and employment, because pluralistic trend of employment decides pluralism of training objectives. Employment choices tended to be more diversified.2. Most tutor argue that students should through CET-4、CET-6, but many students do not feel the need to. Tutor and student all think should offer professional English.3. Curriculum exist obligatory course, elective course proportion undeserved, little interdisciplinary elective, required and elective course content is not reasonable. Postgraduate courses degree of specialization is higher than bachelor degree. Basketball technologys effect is very great to promote science research and later obtain employment ability, but basketball technology courses still exists problems on the concept of no importance, setting time too short, implementation on the formalism, monotonous forms, etc.4. Age structure of tutorsaccord with the demands. Graduate students generally agreed that the mentor playa great role of guiding but the exchange of students and tutors are rarely.5. Recruit postgraduates should place more emphasis on comprehensive quality. Cross major to enter has become more and more popular, postgraduate matriculate quality drop, comprehensive quality decline.6. Most postgraduates and tutors think three yearstraining is unreasonable.
