摘要
本设计涉及了长螺旋打桩机钻杆,其主要特征为,包括带有通孔的杆体。在所述杆体的外壁面带有螺旋线。当钻入地下时,工作人员根据杆体外壁面的螺旋线直接测量到钻头的转动情况和竖直行进情况。随时调整竖直行进速度和转动速度,以达到转动和竖直行进速度的同步。确保所打桩体呈螺旋状;打桩机钻头当需要更换或维修钻尖和钻镐时,不需要使用电气焊将钻尖或钻镐从钻头基体上切割下,只需要松开固定钻尖和钻镐的连接螺栓,可以方便的将钻尖和钻镐从钻头基体上拆卸下来,进行更换或维修,更换和维修钻尖、钻镐的时间很短,大大提高了作业率;打桩机立柱,其特征是,立柱为上段立柱和下段立柱分体结构,上段立柱和下段立柱通过连接装置连接为一体。在转场运输时,只需将上段立柱以销轴为支点弯拆下来,即达到公路运输不超高的要求,不需要将立柱整体拆卸省时省力。提高了工作效率;改进的滑轮组,通过增加导向轮,采用摆动式滑轮,降低了钢丝绳和滑轮的磨损。延长了使用寿命,提高了经济效益。

1.2 课题的研究背景
研究背景 近年来,随着我国国民经济的逐步增强,国内各大城市的高层建筑、立交桥、海港码头、铁路公路桥梁等基本建设项目急剧猛增,大口径基础桩工程得到广泛应用。由于现代化的高层建筑、大型桥梁和港口码头等结构复杂,负荷十分巨大,对基础的承载能力和防止沉陷方面的要求较高。根据建设部门的资料,对高层建筑基础的处理,通常是采用箱式、地下连续墙、桩等形式作为基础。由于打桩机结构简单,坚固可靠,外型美观,使用灵活,操作简便等优点,尤其是打桩经济效益好,不需降水,换土等。振动锤减震效果优良,噪音低,桩架振动小,劳动条件较好,使用,维修,保养方便,收效快,在建筑业中将发挥其独特作用。
