Section B 1a-1d (P45 ) 、学生分析 八年级学生在初中阶段承上启下,他们已掌握了一些英语基础知识,但综合运用英语的能力和习惯还没有养成。我授课的八(3)班学生绝大部分学生对于他们自己感兴趣的话题或事情学习的热情较高,因此我会尽可能设置好他们感兴趣课堂活动。让学生敢于用英语进行表达;乐于模仿,敢于开口,积极参与,主动请教;能体会英语学习中的乐趣,乐于接触英语卡通、读物等;但也有小部分学生性格孤僻、自卑内向、胆小,学习欠主动。我会积极鼓励他们。、教材分析: 1、本课(p45)继续本单元的话题“传奇式的童话故事”,并以“The Emperors New Clothes”这一话题展开设计语言技能和语言知识。 2、课前复习旧课,又是为本课的中心任务-学习另一个童话故事,所进行的导入准备。 3、教材中心任务是学会理解和讲述这个故事;1a为:学习新单词并完成match;生词均可放在图片中理解。1b,1c是练习听力。我对教材的处理是增添了Questions进一步了解童话故事。以便更好地教育学生认识生活中的真善美与假丑恶,培养学生敢于说真话的品质。1d部分就听力内容进行口语练习。、Teaching goals(教学目标): 1.Knowledge goals(知识目标)a.Key Vocabulary:gold,emperor,silk,underwear,cheat,stupid. b.Target Language: Nobody wanted to sound stupid. They were trying to cheat the emperor. Once upon a time. 2. Ability goals(能力目标)a. Be able to understand the order of a story and learn to tell a story according to the pictures.b.To improve students ability of listening and speaking and train the ability of telling the story.3. Emotion goals(情感态度目标): a.Be able to compare what are true,kind and nice with what are false,ugly and bad. b.And we should be brave enough to tell the truth. c.Develop studentsinterest in English.IV.Teaching importance and difficulty(教学重难点):a.Learn to tell a story according to the pictures.b.To improve students ability of listening and speaking and train the ability of telling the story.V. Teaching Procedures(教学步骤):Step 1 Revision(4 minutes)Greet the class as usual. Review the fairy stories of Section A briefly . Ask some students say something about Monkey King.Step 2 Lead-in (1 minute)T: From the pictures above ,we know the main character in each story did something good for others.Now well learn a new story with a man who is not good.Do you want to know what the story is?Ss:Yes,.Show another picture and ask the students to guess the name of the story.Step 3 This activity introduces the key vocabulary (6 minutes) 1. Focus attention on the screen. Ask students to pronounce them through the phonetic symbols first . 2.Match the words next to each of the pictures . Ask students to write the letters of the correct order in this blank. Check the answers : 1 b 2 d 3 c 4aStep 4 Listening (10 minutes)1. 1b. a.First let students to describe the pictures of 1c, and have them to guess the order of the pictures to show a story of “The emperors new clothes”. After that,ask students to listen.b.Check the answer and praise the students who had a good guess before listening.2.1c.Listen more carefully and fill in the blanks. Check the answers.Step 5 Practice (5 minutes)1. Practice reading the sentences next to the pictures and pay attention to the target language. Let the students read them.2.Try to read it in the right order as fluently as you can.Step 6 Tell the story. (7 minutes)Use the pictures of 1c to tell the story.Let the students do it in a group.T: Now well try to tell the story in groups and each group will choose one student to report in class. Once upon a time,.Step 7 Enjoy the story (10 minutes) 1. Enjoy the flash of “The emperors new clothes” 2. Answer some questions about the story. And be able to compare what are true,kind and nice with what are false,ugly and bad. Educate students should be brave enough to tell the truth.Step 8 Summary and Homework (2 minutes)1. Summarize what weve learned in this class briefly with the sthdents.2.
