describing the spread of a forest fire in order to help fire fighters facing a fire to make the appropriate decisions This necessitates a simple model capable of predicting the key features of a fire and a numerical method of resolution for fire behavior simulation In the present paper the formulation of the radiant contribution is improved by taking into consideration the long range preheating
