ZSFU型预作用装置充气电脑控制箱使用说明一、 用途充气电脑控制箱和预作用阀、空气维护装置、信号蝶阀和空气压缩机等组成预作用阀阀组。自动控制空压机在0.03MPa气压下启动和0.05MPa气压下停止，维护管网系统保持正常的气体压力（也可用手动方式启闭）。在火灾自动探测报警系统报警后，手动开启阀组电磁阀泄水，打开阀瓣，使管网充水，变成湿式系统的伺应状态。二、 功能：1、 控制功能A、 自动控制空气压缩机在0.03MPa气压下启动,在0.05MPa气压下停止；B、 手动控制空压机的启动和停止；C、 手动开启电磁阀泄水,打开预作用阀阀瓣，防止误动作。2、 显示功能A、 通电显示：电源(红色)；B、 正常运行显示（绿色）、空压机运行、蝶阀全开、电磁阀动作；C、 故障显示（红色）；D、 欠压显示(黄色)。3、 报警功能压力开关动作，系统充水，讯响器（蜂鸣器）发出报警信号。4、 远地控制功能按电脑控制箱接线端子接线图接线（DC 5V24V）可远地控制：A、 空压机的启动和停止；B、 电磁阀的启动；C、 阀组信号的监控。三、 电源充气电脑控制箱接口电源为AC 220V输入电源。电脑控制箱设有DC 5V24V整流回路，用于监控压力开关、信号蝶阀、气压维护装置的电接点压力表和低气压开关和电磁阀。四、 空气维护装置管路原理图 （图一）五、 电脑控制箱面板布置图 （图二）六、 充气电脑控制箱接线图 （图三）七、 安装与使用1、 安装前详细阅读本使用说明；2、 按充气电脑控制箱接线图接线，接线后请核对电脑控制箱面板上的功能是否一致和能否动作。相反时请对换接线桩；（2）3、 电脑控制箱应安装在环境温度40，面板应对平时能看到的方向，并有维修接线的空间。ZSFU Pre-act Device Gas-filled Computer Control BoxOperation Instruction1 ApplicationThe pre-act valve assembly is comprised of gas-filled computer control box, pre-act valve, air maintenance device, signal butterfly valve, air compressor and etc. The automatic controlled air compressor starts when air pressure is no more than 0.03MPa and stops when air pressure is no less than 0.05MPa, which maintains the normal air pressure in pipeline system (manual start and stop are also available).
