1.0 DESIGN PROGRESS5For the Hotel interior design services of the renovation project, the design phasing shall be consisting of five stages (5 phases) as follows. Review of the defined existing facilities to meet the Clients basic requirements.2. Assumed Project schedule consisting of design progress and construction works3. Assumed Project organization chartDMDBased on confirmed Preliminary design, DMD is to prepare following conceptual design document for the presentation to obtain the Clients confirmation of design character and concept.1. Finishing Material Schedule6.
