This is the emergency 120 operator.(2) Can I have your name and location, please?(3) Youd better stay where you are and dont move.(4) The ambulance will be there in about five minutes.(5) Please get out of there as soon as possible.(6) Stay calm and collected/Dont overreact.A caller:(1) Help! Someone attacked me suddenly.(2) My name is- and my address is-(3) Could you help me? (4) Could you give me a hand? (5) Could you do me favor?(6) Would you mind helping me out? (7) What should I do?
