Unit5 Read and write 教学设计教学目标:1. 学生能够在图片的帮助下读懂本篇短文,并能完成短文下面所给题目。2. 理解excited,like的意思,并能够地运用“What is the bear.doing?”和“Its dancing.”等句型,询问与描述动物正在做的事情。3. 培养学生爱护动物的意识。教学重难点:教学重点:能读懂“Read and write”部分及完成填空任务,复习本单元的主要词汇和句型。教学难点:能在真实的情境中灵活应用现在进行时来询问和描述身边正在发生的事情。教学过程:Warm-up1. Greeting.2. Guess T: What are the animals doing in the following pictures?S:.Play a short video about animals to check answers.T: All of you have done a good job. Now lets check answers.Pre-readingT: Do you like this video?T: Do you like animals?S: Yes.T: Whats your favorite animals?S:.T: Where can we see these animals?S: At the zoo.T: Our good friendsSarah and Robin like animals, too. Look, where are Sarah and Robin now?S: They are at the zoo. T:Yes! They are at the zoo. So Robin is happy. He is excited! While-reading 1. The first reading T: Look at the pictures. Robin is looking at the animals. What animals does he see? S: a bear, some rabbits, a tiger, an elephant, a monkey, a bird, a fish.(教师将动物单词板书在黑板上)2. The second reading.What are the animals are doing? Look at the pictures one by one. The bear is dancing.The rabbits are eating.T: Then what is Robin is doing? He is looking at the animals and imitating their actions. (show 3 or 4 pictures. )S: Robin is dancing like a bear. Robin is eating like a rabbit. Robin is running like a tiger. Robin is walking like an elephant. Robin is climbing like a monkey. Robin is flying like a bird. T: Look at the last picture. Is Robin swimming like a fish? S: No.T: How do you know? Now turn to P53 and listen to the tape.T:Now can you tell me which sentence tell us the answer? S: No! No! I dont want to be a fish.T: Do you know why Robin doesnt want to be a fish?S: Because Robin is a robot, if he swims like a fish, he will be broken.T: Yes, you are so clever!T: Now, please answer the questions on P53.Check answers.3.
