Designer : Cheng Lin Time: 2016-5-25I.Teaching Objectsi.knowledge objects 1.Make the students know the usage of the wh-word “whose”.2.Make them know the new words and sentence patterns.ii.ability objects1.Let the students have the ability to use the new words and sentence patterns.2.Let them be able to complete the part lets find out. moral objects1.Develop the students consciousness of helping with each other.2.Promote their aesthetic taste of choosing clothes.Teaching Key and Difficult Pointsi.Its important for students to master the main language points and to build the confidence of learning English gradually. ii.Some students may feel difficult in understanding the new special question leaded with “whose”.Teaching Materials and Methodsi. multimedia, teaching pictures, stationeryii.Task-based Language Teaching, Total Physical Response Teaching , Communicative Teaching.Teaching Procedures i.Greeting and Revision Greet the whole class as usual, then make a revision of the main language points in lesson 3.Warm up and Lead inT: Whose ruler is this?Ss:Its Amys.T: Whose pens are these?Ss:They are Mikes.T:Whose phone is this?Ss:Its yours.Teaching Presentation 1. Lets talkFirstly,using the PPT course ware, I will give the students two questions and ask them to find out the answers after reading the dialogue.question1:Is this coat mums? question2:Whose pants are these? Explain the dialogue in detail.Ask them to pay attention to the wordhelp. Give them a model reading, then I will play the recording of this dialogue .Students will be required to listen carefully and to read after that. Divide the students into some groups with two in each one.Each group will be required to practice performing this dialogue.They will be required to show their performance in public.2. Lets find outIn this part ,ask the students to watch the pictures carefully.Then they will be required to classify the clothes into the two boxes. Show the students the PPT course ware. Require them to move the clothes into boxes Which belong to Sarah and Mike.3. Lets learn Show the students a picture of a coat with giving the recording of this word. They will be asked to read it three times. Use the same way to teach the other words as following: shirt,socks,shorts,sweater,jacket. Give them some time to practice reading these words by themselves.I will check their pronunciation after a while. Divide the words into two groups. One group contains the singular form words.The other one is the plural form.Require the students to pay attention to the different forms. Show the sentence patterns of this part with using the new words. To present some exercises with using the PPT course ware. Summary and Homeworki. Teacher will evaluate the performance during the class time of each students.Then I will summarize the main language points of this lesson.Their homework is the new words dicta
