With its maintenance free feature, all functions including CNC, PLC, HMI, and Communication have been integrated into PCU, providing our customers an easy installation and high reliability CNC. SINUMERIK802D is designed to control up to 4 feed axes and one digital or analog spindle. Advanced production field bus (PROFIBUS) connects all drives and inputs/outputs peripheral. Modular drive system SIMODRIVE611Ue with 1FK6 servomotors provides powerful drive force for machine tools. The drives can be easily be configured and optimized using WINDOWS based commissioning tool. PLC system is integrated into SINUMERIK802D, to control the auxiliary functions of machine tools. The programming language Micro/WIN of S7-200 is provided together with application library and application samples for milling machine and lathe, which simplifies the application design of OEM.
