Jumbo must weigh a few tons, said a policeman afterwards, so it was fortunate that we didnt have to carry him. Of course, we should arrest him, but as he has a good record, we shall let him off this time.Lesson66 Sweet as honey! 像蜜一样甜！The Hatheld Puffin is a modern aero-plane, but its designer, Mr John Wimpenny, is finding it difficult to get it off the ground. But though air cyclists may learn how to fly over short distances, and may, eventually, even get across the English Channel, it is doubtful whether they will ever cycle across the Atlantic.Lesson67 Volcanoes 火山Haroun Tazieff the Polish scientist, has spent his life-time studying active volcanoes and deep caves in all parts of the world. In 1948, he went to lake Kivu in the Congo to observe a new volcano which he later named Kituro. Tazieff was able to set up his camp very close to the volcano while it was erupting violently. Though he managed to take a number of brilliant photographs, he could not stay near the volcano for very long. He noticed that a river of liquid rock was coming towards him. It threatened to surround him completely, but Tazieff managed to escape just in time. He waited until the volcano became quiet and he was able to return two days later. This time, he managed to climb into the mouth of Kituro so that he could take photographs and measure temperatures. Tazieff has often risked his life in this way. He has been able to tell us more about active volcanoes than any man alive. Lesson68 Persistent 纠缠不休I crossed the street to avoid meeting him, but he saw me and came running towards me. The bull was busy with the matador at the time, but it suddenly caught sight of the drunk who was shouting rude remarks and waving a red cap. Apparently sensitive to criticism, the bull forgot all about the matador and charged at the drunk. The crowd suddenly grew quiet. The drunk, however, seemed quite sure of himself. When the bull got close to him, he clumsily stepped aside to let it pass. The crowd broke into cheers and the drunk bowed. By this time, however, three men had come into the ring and they quickly dragged the drunk to safety. Even the bull seemed to feel sorry for him, for it looked on sympathetically until the drunk was out of the way before once more turning its attention to the matador.Lesson71 A famous clock 一个著名的大钟When you visit London, one of the first things you will see is Big Ben, the famous clock which can be heard all over the world on the B.B.C. Once, however, it failed to give the correct time. A painter who had been working on the tower hung a pot of paint on one of the hands and slowed it down ! Lesson72 A car called Bluebird “蓝鸟”汽车The great racing driver, Sir Malcolm Campbell, was the first man to drive at over 300 miles per hour. He set up a new world record in September 1935 at Bonneville Salt Flats, Utah. Bluebird, the car he was driving, had been specially built for him. It was over 30 feet in length and had a 2500 horse-power engine. Although Campbell reached a speed of over 304 miles per hour, he had great difficulty in controlling the car because a tyre burst during the first run. After his attempt, Campbell was disappointed to learn that his average speed had been 299 miles per hour. However, a few days later, he was told that a mistake had been made. His average speed had been 301 miles per hour. Since that time, racing drivers have reached speeds of over 400 miles an hour. Following his fathers footsteps many years later, Sir Malcolms son, Donald, also set up a world record. The next car the boy stopped did not take him into the centre of Paris as he hoped it would, but to Perpignan on the French-Spanish border. There he was picked up by a policeman and sent back to England by the local authorities. The woman kept as near as she could to the children and even tried to get into the case herself, but it was too small. Early ,next morning she heard planes passing overhead and wondered how she could send a signal. Then she had an idea. She stamped out the letters SOS in the snow. Fortunately, a pilot saw the signal and sent a message by radio to the nearest town. 为您整理，更多范文请访问：/wenmi/zongjie/gongzuobao第一节：公司业务范围：*农牧业养猪场以良种种猪繁育；无公害生态型商品猪饲养；优质饲料加工；畜禽养殖；淡水养殖，果蔬种植；园艺花卉；菜篮子便利店；肉制品加工第二节：项目类型江苏省*农牧业公司年产5万头无公害生态养猪场和1200头基础母猪良种繁育场，该项目属于新建项目，需要国家各级地方政府在资金及政-策方面大力支持。第三节：合作方式：合资参股第四节：项目总投资：9000万元，其中固定资产投资4000万元，流动资金2500万元第五节：需外方公司投资内容：资金（5000万元）第六节：目标市场：投产后该公司生产的种猪、子猪及育肥猪，主要销往华东地区以及长三角周边的各大中城市。猪肉产品绝大部分销往长三角洲及周边各省。第四章、项目建设的可行性和必要性：第一节：项目提出的背景随着人民的生活水平不断的提高，无公害生态优质肉猪的发展迎来了全面发展的黄金时期，由于我国大部分地区在整个肉食品结构中传统上以猪肉为主，国内市场上优质无公害生态廋肉型猪肉销售将呈现巨大的市场空间，况且中国加入世贸组织以后，更为我市的生猪养殖发展带来无限商机，自2006年起国内市场猪肉价格普遍上扬，并且一涨再涨的现象，就是这种商机初现的说明，这表明，长期困扰我国广大农民养猪低效，猪肉市场长期低迷的不利态势已经过去，而规模化标准化的无公害型生态养猪将在未来的市场中立于不败之地。根据党的十七大会议精神，大力发展扶持畜牧业向规模化，标准化无公害生态型，科学化要效益，为落实党的十七大会议精神和国务院办关于促进生猪发展稳定市场供应的意见，在江苏省*市*镇建立一个以万头无公害型生态商品猪的养猪场的龙头企业，带动农户科学养猪，解决我市及长三角大城市的菜篮子问题，显得更为重要和必要。第二节：项目经济及社会必要性评价*市是个传统的农业大市，全市总面积2393平方公里，辖29个镇，5个乡，人口155万多，*市是国家重要的商品粮，优质棉花基地，生猪生产大市，其中富余劳动力近40万，*市位于长三角洲沿江经济带，由于我市离南京上海市，杭州等江浙沪的长三角近，交通运输方便，所以在我市建立一个万头生态无公害养猪场可以解决部分富余农村劳动力，带动农民搞养殖致富，增加农民收入，*市人民有传统的养猪习惯，养猪的积极性很高，但由于品种不优良，养殖技术不高，饲养成本高，防疫不到位，大大降低了农民的养殖积极性，较小的养殖规模并没有为农民带来应有的经济效益，因此，加快生猪品种改良，生产优质无公害的生态廋肉型猪，适应市场需求，以带动周边农户发展养殖规模，增加农民收入，解决农村富余劳动力，是目前*市生猪产业的紧迫感课题，而建立万头无公害生态标准化养猪场是解决以上几个方面的必要的前提条件，同时也解决长三角这块城市消费群。第三节：项目经济，技术可行性分析1：地理优势突出*市位于长三角洲的江苏省苏中地区，气候温和，四季分明，日照充足，降水充沛，日照时数1740-2310小时，无霜期170-220天，平均气温27*c，7月分最高。*市距离省会南京市近，可辐射周边上海市，杭州市及长三角洲的各大城市，交通发达，且北有山东安徽，左有河南，下有浙江江西，为商品猪的外运和销售提供了有效的运输保障。2：饲料来源广，劳动力资源丰富*市是农业大市，土地肥沃，素有鱼米之乡之称，年产粮食110万吨，适合种植各种优质牧草；*市人口155万，富余劳动力充足。3：服务体系功能健全，群众基础牢固据*市农林牧业局统计，2007年下半年，我市生猪开始止跌回升，规模养猪场累计上市猪肉15.77万头，占该市上市量的52。58%。龙头企业优势明显，政府招商引资推动发展，服务功能健全，我市各级地方政府积极引导和帮助养殖场（户）争取国家和省政府生猪扩繁场建设，生猪标准化规模养殖建设等项目的资金支持，同时市政府又制定关于促进现代高效农业发展的奖励办法，规定新增养肉猪1000头以上种母猪存栏20头以上每头由市政府奖励10元，同时对新投资300万元以上的养猪企业按照国家标准利率由市财政给予2-3的贴息补助。同时对于生猪进行保险。我市是生猪大市，养猪业占较大比重，再次能起到事半功倍的效果。4：新式养猪业具有较高起点长期以来由于基层畜牧工作人员的长期努力，特别是市场经济大潮的冲击，科学养殖观念，良种良法，市场销售，投入产出效益及电子商务和生猪的期货市场的形成，促进了无公害生态规模养猪业的大力发展。5:江苏省*农牧业公司养猪场地理环境和位置*市*农牧业公司养猪场坐将建于*市*境内，属于平原地区，占地面积250亩，大多数土地以旱田为主，适合搞养殖业和种植业，江苏省*农牧业公司拥有雄厚的技术力量和养殖经验，为促进农户增收致富，拉动地方经济发展，决定在*市*镇余舍村境内新建年产5万头无公害生态商品猪养殖小区（规格是东西长420m，南北宽330米），合计约200亩；1200头优良种猪繁育基地（规格是东西长200米，南北宽170米）合计约面积52亩。第五章：项目产品及市场需求分析第一节：项目产品分析该项目的主要产品有：1：用长白猪作父本，大约可猪和太湖猪作母本，繁育的二元杂交母猪留种，公猪育肥，将选育的二元杂交种母猪与饲养的杜落可猪为父本进行三员杂交。2：用长白猪/大约可夏猪作父本，杜落可猪做母本，繁育的二元杂交母猪留种，公猪育肥，将选育的二元杂交种母猪与饲养的杜落可猪/大约可夏猪/长百猪为父本进行三员杂交。两种杂交组合所产生的三元商品猪都具有生长周期短，饲料回报率高，廋肉率高肉质好等优点，其中第二种杂交组合的二元母本具有抗病力强，耐粗饲养，繁殖率高及母性强等优点，所生产的三元商品猪肉味道鲜美，深受消费者的青睐。第二节：项目产品的市场调查分析2005年以来，疑难猪病层出不穷，给广大养殖户（场）带来了灭顶之灾，而2006年市场的疲软和高热病的爆发，使我市乃至全国的养猪业达到了低谷，广大养猪户谈猪变色。而这一切无不与养殖观念，养殖规模，科学防疫及商务信息相关，在当前大好的行情下和国家的大力支持下，本公司在江苏省*市建立一个万头养猪场是可行的。第六章：项目建设总体方案设计第一节、建设规模建设一个年产5万头肉猪的养猪场，需饲养存栏公猪100头，后备公猪10，生产母猪2760头，后备母猪280，哺乳期仔猪4300头，保育猪5000头，生长育成猪16500头。同时在临近一公里以外建立一个1200头的良种种猪繁育场。第二节、具体建设内容1：工厂化养猪场的规划设计主要依据饲养工艺，目前普遍采用以“周”为节拍的全进全出的饲养工艺。根据饲养周期和方法的不同，本公司将采取以下流程及特点。1.1限位四阶段饲养空怀母猪配种怀孕分娩保育生长育成母猪单体限位饲养4周5围5周11周工艺特点：怀孕母猪单栏限位密集饲养，便于管理，母猪不争吃打斗，减少应激和流产，比怀孕母猪小群栏饲节约建筑面积。分娩栏按6周设计。分娩母猪提前1周进入分娩栏，分娩哺乳4周断奶，出栏后空栏1周对栏舍清洁消毒，有利于卫生防疫。保育栏按6周设计，饲养5周，空栏1周清洁消毒。1.2：生产流程本养猪厂以“周”为生产节率，全进全出，采用工厂化流水作业均衡生产方式，全过程分为四个生产环节，按下列工艺流程图形进行：a：待配母猪阶段在配种舍内饲养空怀，后备，断奶母猪及公猪进行配种，每周配种的母猪头，保证每周有53头母猪分娩。妊辰母猪在妊辰母猪舍内定栏饲养，在临产前一周转入产房。b：母猪产仔阶段母猪按预产期进入分娩舍产仔，在分娩舍内四周（临产出一周，哺乳三周），仔猪平均21天断奶。母猪断奶当天转入配种舍（先在运动场饲养3天），仔猪原栏饲养7天后转入保育舍，如有母猪产仔少，哺乳能力差等特殊情况，可将仔猪寄养过哺并窝，这样不担负哺乳的母猪可提前转回配种舍等待配种。c：仔猪保育阶段断奶7天后强弱分群，仔猪平均两窝并一栏，转入仔猪保育舍培育至8周龄转群，仔猪在保育舍内饲养四周。d：肥猪饲养阶段8周龄仔周由保育舍转入肥猪舍饲养15周，预计饲养至23周龄左右，体重达100公斤出栏上市。1.3：防疫措施遵守兽医临床技术操作规程，建立良好的卫生防疫制度，适时进行免疫程序，搞好消毒工作，进行预防用药及保健措施。2规划设计2.1场址选择场址的选择对猪场的饲养至关重要，主要考虑到了以下几方面。2.1.1本公司着眼于长远规划，成为城市菜篮子工程的一部分，将猪场建于城市规划的畜牧生产基地。本公司将无公害生态养猪小区建立在*市周庄镇边城社区。2.1.2水、电、交通等因素，日用水量达7501250t，猪场的装机容量较大，一般为350400kw，每天进出的饲料、粪便、生猪等约100t，交通便利可减少运输成本。本养猪小区均符合上选条件。2.1.3卫生防疫能保持良好的卫生防疫条件，场址选择在地势较高、地形开阔、通风良好的地方，同时又远离居民区和医疗机构、屠宰场等场所。2.1.4污染防治猪场的粪便量很大，能对其进行及时有效的处理，不会污染周围环境，粪便处理.结合鱼塘养殖、果蔬种植及其它等农作物的生产进行，变废为宝；还可将粪便于燥后作为肥料出售；2.2功能区域规划设计本猪场总体布局主要从立体卫生防疫体系和生产管理的角度出发，按功能划分成若干区域，把猪场分为生产区和办公生活区。生产区主要包括：各种生产猪舍、隔离舍、消毒间、兽医室、药房、值班室和饲料间等，生产区与其他区隔离，完全封闭，外来的人员、车辆、物资必须经严格消毒检验方能进入。为了减少污染，根据当地的常年主导风向，将把办公生活区置于上风向或侧风方向。办公生活区建设主要包括办公室、职工宿舍、饭堂、运动场等。2.3生产区建筑规划设计2.3.1本公司在进行猪舍建筑规划设计时，进行猪舍的平面设计时，按工厂化生产工艺的流程，计算出各生育时期猪的饲养数量、围栏数量，再进行平面设计。本养殖场计算如下各生育时期猪只数量采用sew饲养工艺缩短了哺乳时间，每头母猪的年生产胎数得到提高，约为2.3胎年（一般工艺2.1胎年），年产5万头肉猪，需生产母猪数量为：2758头。计算方式为：按损耗比为仔猪92%，断奶猪98%，既50000/92%/95%=53856，需53586头2.3胎年9头胎92982334头（育成猪和商品猪的损耗比为92%和95%），2334头92%95%=2758取2758头（其中：92为乳猪成活率；98为仔猪成活率）比一般饲养工艺少饲养275头母猪。按2758头母猪计算，全场需配养公猪110头（一般本交水平公母比为1：25）。每周产仔胎数：2758头2.3胎头52周122胎，。即每周有122头母猪配种，97头母猪产仔，每周产仔头数：122头9头胎1100头。每周上市肉猪：
