It is said that in the agricultural society, people plant; in industrial society, man is an animal; the information society, return初一语文教育实习报告实习目的、意义：通过实习,教师对语文教学有正确认识,提高语文教学的效率.为适应社会发展的需要,充分发挥语文教学促进学生发展的独特功能,使全体都获得良好的语文应用能力和一定的语文审美探究能力.实习时间：2008.3.102008.4.4 实习地点：郓城黄堆集中学 实习班级：初一(5)班 实习方法：1.听课：认真听好课，做好听课记录。2.备课：认真钻研教材，参考有关教学参考资料，要根据班级情况确定教学方案。3.试教：备好课后，认真熟悉教材，然后进行试教，熟练后请指导老师听试教，并经指导老师同意后方能上课。4.上课：上课必须严肃认真，努力完成教学任务。课后要主动征求指导教师的意见。上课要用普通话。5.评课：每天要主动找指导教师进行评课，评课前先由我进行说课。评课时要虚心听取指导教师的意见。6.作业布置与批改：作业布置要具体明确，及时收改，精批细改，及时发还，并要作好讲评。7.课外辅导：为保证实习质量，课后要组织辅导。对因病因事缺课的学生要及时补课。实习步骤：1 3月10日-3月20日熟悉实习学校，班级的情况，随班听课（不少于六节课），作好听课笔记。另外在指导教师的帮助下，熟悉教材、大纲，写出一课详细完整的教案，经指导教师审阅后，先进行试讲。23月21日-4月4日到初一、五班进行语文教学实习。3班主任工作的实习贯穿于整个实习过程。实习内容： 1.教学工作 听取实习学校和教研组及导师介绍学校、班级和学生情况。 观摩语文教师的课堂教学，参加教研活动，虚心学习各种教育、教学经验。 在指导教师的指导下认真钻研教材，写出教案，认真备课。 听语文组实习生的课，课后进行反思、评议，肯定优点，改进缺点。 认真批改学生的作业，特别是批阅作文，分析作文中的问题并进行作文讲评。 学习运用各种方法辅导学生，以提高教学质量，结合语文教学实习，引导学生参加有益的课外活动，向他们介绍课外辅助性读物，组织他们开展第二课堂的活动。 2.班主任工作 根据实习学校的要求和班级的具体情况进行各种形式的教育工作，组织和培养班集体。 了解中学生的个性特点：至少了解一个中学生的学习情况，思想特点，行为习惯等，有针对性地进行教育帮助。 体验班主任的日常工作：检验学生的出勤、学习情况，进行深入细致的思想教育工作，组织课外文体活动，指导本班的团、队活动和班委会工作，检验批改学生周记。 了解学生在学习以外的需要。实习体会： 从3月10号到4月4号，我在黄堆集中学的实习工作圆满结束。在此期间，我亲身体验了班主任工作、教育工作和教学实践工作。将“当老师”的过程从感性认识上升到了理性认识。 先总结班主任实习工作。班主任的工作对象即青年学生在中学阶段正是长身体、长知识的关键时期，他们在这时期具有典型的既有独立性又有依赖性、既有自觉性又有贪懒性、既有顺从性又有叛逆性的特点，处于不断变化和走向成熟的阶段，可塑性和变化性大。其道德品质、素质修养、人生价值观、知识结构、思维方式等都未定型。班主任作为教育者和组织管理者，对学生影响重大。我认为一个合格的班主任班主任应当以自己优秀的表率作用和殷切诚恳的教导去影响学生们,因为好的班主任在他学生们的心目中是有魅力的，他们会自觉或不自觉地模仿班主任的谈吐、行为举止，班主任的形象也会使学生们具有一种约束力。我认为一个合格的班主任应具备以下几个方面一.学博为师.班主任首先是以一名教师的角色然后才是管理者的身份进入学生的生活和学习中。 班主任渊博的学识会在学生中产生一种精神动力和催人进取压力。学生对班主任有一种信赖感和崇拜感，就会自觉不自觉地对该门功课产生兴趣，才乐意接受班主任的德育教育和配合班主任的工作。班主任所希望达到的诱导和启发作用才能有效。学生可以原谅教师的严厉刻板甚至吹毛求疵，但不能原谅他的不学无术。班主任只有渊博的知识才能赢得学生的钦佩和倾心，才能管理好学生、教育学生和培养学生。刚来的时候学生们对我这个小班主任很好奇,经常问我一些学科之外的知识,我都耐心的给他们讲解,而且有问必答每天晚自习辅导的时候也就不知不觉的担任起了其他学科的辅导工作.他们自然也就非常佩服我这个小万事通班主任.这使得我的班级管理工作非常顺利.二.德高为范.教师的思想道德对学生的思想道德起示范作用。教育实践活动中，教师的思想观念、道德观念会自然流露于学生面前，并影响和熏陶学生.教师思想道德还对学生智能发展起重要作用。一方面，教师有良好的思想道德，兢兢业业，就会认真施教，努力提高教学效果，促进学生智能发展；另一方面，教师这种认真施教的精神又会起示范作用，激发学生的学习热情和进取精神，提高学生智能。 尽管是初中,学校的时间也非常紧,学生的学习任务非常繁重,为了调动他们学习的积极性我每天都到教室辅导(无论是否是我的晚自习),等学生们下自习我再回到办公室备课每晚都要忙到十一点多,由于学生们的宿舍和我的办公室对着,他们看在眼里记在心里自然对我都非常敬佩.三.仪表风度，衣着朴素整洁而不呆板的班主任会给学生某种程度上的亲切感。 在教育当中就不会让学生觉得有距离感。英国教育家洛克说：“做导师的人自己应当有良好的教养，随人、随地、随时都有适当的举止和礼貌。”班主任如果做到这点，就能够更好地在学生心目中树立一个完美的楷模。再总结教学工作。 我教的是初一5班，到底该如何教好这个班呢，我一脸的茫然。 思考之后，我决定先从指导老师的上课风格、学生的语文水平这些基本情况入手。我认真听了指导老师的指导，而后又随班听所实习班级语文老师讲课，我所在班级语文老师课堂大半交给学生，课堂气氛活跃。因为工作繁忙，他很少教我具体该怎么分析课文、怎么调节气氛、怎么设计教案。他只给我一个总的教学思路：把课堂话语权交给学生。用他的话说，一节课能让所有的学生都在听都能听明白都能学到东西，这堂课就算成功了。这句话可以说是他对我指导的全部，但在后来的教学实践中，我发现这句话也是使我受益最多的。虽是简简单单一句话却胜过千言万语。其次是对班上学生语文水平的调查。在见习的三、四天时间里，作文的批改再加上自习时间和课下时间的了解，我对班上的语文水平和每个学生的水平有了基本了解。得知这个班的语文水平还可以，且全班的学习氛围很好，课堂纪律和作文上交情况都很好，学生课前预习也很自觉，更重要的是他们讨厌传统的语文教学，他们不喜欢老师垄断课堂。了解了这些情况，我再仔细的研究了一下教材。总体上要求教学中充分发挥学生的主动性、创造性，它从先前的应试教育转为对学生语文水平和文化修养的提高上。所有的这些给我的只有一个讯息我不能再用传统的教学方式教学。 见习结束，我翻阅了大量的资料，再结合本班实际，完成了下一周的备课。设计教案是一件很辛苦的事，耗体力也耗脑力，同时也是一件颇艺术的工作。经过良久的冥思苦想，忽然头脑开窍，一个思路出来了，一个问题解决了，那种成就感、兴奋感是不言而喻的。到了后来的教学实践，我才更深刻的切身的体会到一个好的教学设计对上好一堂课的重要性。教案和讲课是相辅相成的，又是必须灵活变通的。我的教案、我的课堂，学生的参与是一个不可忽略的极其重要的组成部分。下面，我具体结合教学实践谈谈我的一种教学模式。某种程度讲，它已经成为我在这一个月里的教学风格。它取得了良好的效果，颇受指导老师的赞赏和学生的喜欢与接受。 我的课堂大都采用一种教师点拨法即设问析疑。所谓设问析疑，是教师首先由一篇课文的切入口入手提出问题，然后引导学生回答、分析疑问并由此转入另一问题，最后把学生引导到预定的教学目标中。通过这种设问析疑，再加上适当的讨论，某些课文再结合文体特点，采用品味法、朗读法进行教学。结果取得了良好的互动效果。 最后，一个必不可少的环节是总结。可由老师总结，也可以由学生总结。如“我们这堂课主要讲了什么内容？”、“从这节课中你们主要学到了什么？”、“受到了什么启示”等，使学生对整堂课的重难点有一个总体的把握。一节课可能会涉及到很多内容，总结可以让学生“取其精华，去其糟粕”，抓住重点，消化难点，达到教学目标。 最后总结教育工作。教育工作包括班主任工作和教学工作，是一项巨大而抽象的工作。这项工作让我体会到自己不仅仅是一名教师，更是一个教育工作者。每每想到这里自豪感就油然而生，心里还有种说不出的责任感和使命感。我能感觉到自己的一言一行都在被学生关注，一次小小的谈话甚至会影响某个学生的一生。所以，我不得不时时严格要求自己，随时规范自己的言行举止。 总的来说，这次实习是我人生中最宝贵的经历，虽然不到一个月，对我的影响却很深远，它让我学到很多书本中学不到的知识,我也从实习中认识到了自己的不足.我将会努力提高自身素质,时刻为做一名好老师而努力着。主蒸汽管道和高温再热蒸汽管道分别从过热器和再热器的出口联箱的两侧引出，然后汇成一根母管，到汽轮机前再分成两根支管分别接入高压缸和中压缸左右侧主汽关断阀和再热关断阀。Now, we are in a new historical stage of all-round construction of a well-off society.
