While it is easy to set goals, it is vital to practice some measures of self reflection to make progress toward our goals. (反思)Diligence is significant to success. However, not all the efforts will necessarily lead to success. Actually, what counts for a student is the ability of self reflection.My cousin is a top student and highly spoken of by teachers. I always wondered why I fell behind her even if I worked harder. One day, she showed me a thick notebook, where I saw her study plan and some good exercises. She explained that after doing homework, she would collect them and thought them over again. Meanwhile, she reflected on what she had learnt and practiced in time, gradually improving her study. This notebook, like a mirror, enables her to figure out what she lacks and where shell improve. Therefore, not only can she keep up good work, but also she can cope with what she is weak in immediately.So self reflection is an essential skill for us students. It is timely
