After graduated from college, they got a chance to do it. It was Wang Wei who first had the ideas to cycle along the Mekong River from its source. They both bought expensive mountain bikes. They also got their cousins Dao Wei and Yu Hang to go who were interested in cycling, too.Wang Wei was a stubborn girl. Although she didnt know the best way of getting to places, she insisted that they should find the source of the river and began their journey there. When she heard the source of the Mekong River was in Qinghai, she wouldnt change her mind. She was even excited when she knew that their journey would begin at an altitude of more than 5000 meters.
