And sheet1. 目的：PurposeUSI 於產品製造及測試過程中，協助判斷製程或是測試時品質的參考產品樣本A golden Samle is the reference unit for the quality of the testing and manufacturing processIn USI.2. 適用範圍及時機Scope and Occasion 凡產品進入量產階段或是 sample 階段時經開發工程和品保部門依實際需要，認為需有 Golden Sample 做為協助製程或是測試時，產品品質判定的參考時， Golden Sample 的管理要求皆需

12、依此辦法。This procedure is applied for component parts, if Golden Sample is necessary, in the manufacture process to assist judgment as a reference for product quality, confirmed by R&D and QA department. Then the control of Golden sample should be follwed this procedure.3. 零件產品 Golden Sample 管理辦法 (Chin

13、ese) ：3.1. 適用範圍及時機： 適用於零件產品，凡經由開發工程和品保部門依實際需要，認為需有 Golden Sample做為協助製程或是測試時，產品品質判定的參考時，其 Golden Sample 的管理要求皆需依此辦法32作業流程圖33 作業輸入/項目作業規定要點作業輸出作業輸入/項目作業規疋要點作業輸出1樣品建立 需求判定1. R&D/QA依需要性， 決定是否需要有 Golden Sample做為該產品生產時，驗證該生產之產品是否符合規格，或該 生產量測系統、test fixture是否為符合要求之測試系統。2. 當認為有需要時，R&D需在產品規範中訂定Golden Sample作

14、業需求及製作樣品。規範 樣品2建立樣品R&D依產品規範，製作 Golden Sample3校驗與記錄1. R&D 做第一次的 Golden Sample 校驗。2. 完成履歷卡填寫、記錄Data及其他可能資料（如相片）3. R&D應告知QE校驗時間,以便QE 同參與,有助以後 QE的校驗.履歷卡 校驗記錄4登錄與建 檔、標示1. R&D將Golden Sample、履歷卡及校驗 Data或/和相片拿 至儀校室登錄、建檔。2. 儀校將資料建檔後，並在Golden Sample貼上校驗標 籤。履歷卡 校驗記錄 標籤5. R&D取回1.R&D取回 Golden Sample 或/和相片。R&D取回

15、Golden Sample6.交給PDRD轉交Golden Sample或/和相片給予PD.。PD需在整潔、一般的作業環境 （255 C ; 4575%RH）下小心使用與保存Golden Sample。而不致損壞、劣化其 功能。PD 取用 Golden Sample及保存7. PD使用1. PD產品規範使用Golden Sample 。2. 如果發現異常，需通知 R&D確認是Golden Sample問題 或是量測系統本身問題。8.異常處理1. R&D檢測是Golden Sample問題或量測系統本身問題。2. 如是量測系統設定或量具不良，R&D需修復它。3. 如是Golden Sample問

16、題，儀校人員需加貼”暫停使用”標籤以為識別，R&D則需重新製作建立新GoldenSampleo4. 如是儀器問題，則送儀校室校驗及依”儀具校驗與維護 管制程序”處理9.回校通知 與校正1. 儀校室發行聯絡單通知負責Golden Sample例行校正之 QE及PD,以進行Golden Sample校驗之作業。2. 儀校室得協調PD, 排定Golden Sample校驗時間，並將 日期通知QE3. 如果該Golden Sample之產品已滿一年（含）以上未生聯絡單產，則該Golden Sample得轉存儀校室，並貼上”暫停 使用 標籤。轉存儀校室之 Golden Sample第一年仍需 校驗，第二

17、、三年如有使用，則依正常校驗週期校驗， 如未使用則不必校驗。右該轉存儀校室之 Golde n Sample,轉存超過三年仍在”暫停使用”狀態，則儀校 室得通知R&D決定該Golden Sample報廢與否，或其他 處理方式 （如不報廢，則該 Golden Sample轉R&D呆 存）。4.有關產品是否已一年未生產，需 QA/R&D提供訊息給QE 或/和儀校室，以便停校之處理。10. QE校驗樣品1. QE於第一次校驗各類 Golden Sample時，R&D相關人 員得陪同，以確認測試的正確。2. 如果校驗結果為 Pass，QE需將Golden Sample與Data 交儀校室登錄歸檔及貼上標

18、籤。3. 如果校驗結果為Fail，則依異常處理方式執行。校驗Data11異常處理1. 如果校正結果顯示不能符合規格需求，則需會同RD 一起確認問題原因。2. 如是量測系統設定或量具不良，R&D需修復它。3. 如是Golden Sample問題，R&D需重新製作建立新 Golde n Sample。4. 如是儀器問題，則送儀校室校驗及依”儀具校驗與維護 管制程序”處理。12記錄與識 別1.
