SUB-CONTRACTING, INDEMNITY AND CERTAIN DEFENSES, EXEMPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS 分立契(1)款所述每一个人或船舶, 6、7、8 栏,而不填注第 4、5、9 栏,本提单便是港到港契约。承运人应自本条第 1 款和下文第 22 条第 4 款都提到将货物交付给除提单的合法持有人以外的港口当局的情况,这一规定是考虑到某些地区例
