1、海外酒店产品经理工作规划 酒店产品经理Hotel Product Manager,在我看来in my opinion,指的是 酒店的产品(主要指客房)从计划采购到客人退房离店这个过程中相关的市场调研分析、产品定位、产品规划、运营管理甚至包括客人的入住回馈等一系列市场行为means a series of marketing behaviors including search & analysis, product role-setting, product planing, operating and managing, even rewards of customers, from pur

2、chase planing to clients checking out。酒店产品经理的工作目标是 提升客人入住体验。The aim of Hotel Product Manager is improving the experience of clients accommodation. 海外酒店产品经理这个职位对我来讲,由于以前的教育和工作环境的原因,了解的并不是特别多。As for the responsibilities of this position, I have little knowledge, due to the reasons of past education an

3、d work environment.由于海外和国内市场的差异,对我来讲是一个全新的挑战。Because the differences between overseas and domestic markets, this job is a challenge to me.我认为以下四点是作为一个海外酒店产品经理必备的素质,也是我需要具备的基本工作技能:The following 4 aspects are the essential qualities for Hotel Product Manager, as well as the basic working technique: 1、

4、 学习力。据了解,海外酒店产品对于芒果网来说是一个比较新的领域,有一些同行在这一领域起步较早,在行业的影响力较大,如携程网,亚洲最有影响力的国际订房网络Agoda等。由于各方面的原因,芒果网也许不能完全参考,但这些行业内的优秀团队的一些思维和模式值得我们借鉴。Ability of learning. Overseas hotel products is a relatively new field to Mango. Some competers started earlier in this line and have more influential power, i.e., Ctrip

Due to some reasons, Mango perhaps wont copy them all, but their some thinking ways and modes can be our example.2、 市场敏感度。市场敏感不仅包括对酒店产品的感觉和把握,最重要的针对不同客户群体,不同时节的灵活的营销方式。Market sensibility. This not only includes the sense and control of hotel prod

6、ucts, but most importantly we should adopt flexible selling mode in different seasons according to different client groups.3、 正确的理念。我认为客人的入住体验是产品经理工作是否优秀的衡量标准。同质化严重的酒店旅游市场,如何让客人感受到与众不同甚至是物超所值是酒店产品经理最终的目标。这就需要产品经理在产品采购和产品设计的时候要处处以客人为中心,处处体现创意与关怀。Proper philosophy. His highest goal is to make customers have a special even well-worth-he money feel as the homogenization is so critical in the catering market. 4、沟通能力。产品经理需具备的沟通能力不仅包括对其他部门相关同事的协调和说服能力,更多的是要和合作酒店保持一个良好的合作关系,这样才能提高订单确认效率,宾客服务水平,最终提升客人入住体验。Ability of com

8、municating. This ability not only includes the negotiating and persuading to workmates of other departments, but also maintaining a good relationship of cooperation with our cooperating hotels. Only in this way can we increase the efficiency of reservation, customer service level as well as customer

9、s satisfaction. 以上是我认为作为一个海外产品经理应具备的一些素质,如我有幸加入芒果团队,我对工作有以下的规划:the above is what I believe the basic requirements as a product manager. I will have these schedules if I have honor to join in your team: 1、对海外酒店的调研分析。在客户资源等多方面,海外酒店和本土酒店有明显的差异性,因此,要对客户和海外酒店产品进行一个精确的定位和规划。对客户的调研分析包括了解客户的出行、入住习惯,客户的年龄层次,

10、受教育层次、所在公司的规模等一系列影响客人入住体验的因素;对酒店的调研包括基本设施调研(包括周边交通、旅游等基本信息),酒店所在地的不同时期的经济、政治活动,如商业会展、大型政治会议等一系列可以影响客人出行安排的因素。The research and analysis to overseas hotels. Overseas hotels and domestic ones are quite different in client resource. Therefore, I need to have a accurate role-setting and projecting to ove

11、rseas hotels products. These includes customers travelling, hotel preference, age, education, affiliated companys scale. The research includes infrastructure(traffic, tourism, etc.), the political and economical activities during different period of the places where the hotel locates, such as commer

12、cial exhibitions, large-scale political conferences. 2、产品的设计。针对海外酒店客户的需求特点,我们可以设一些符合客户需要的产品,如针对商务客人,我们可以设计一些提前预定优惠,续住优惠等方式。针对旅游客人,我们可以设计一些打包、捆绑等一系列产品。Designing of products. According to the characters of overseas clientss preference, we may invent some products which meet their needs. For example, w

13、e can give the pre-booking discounts or renewal discounts to the business customers. 3、产品的运营。随着电子商务的发展,现在有些同行的营销模式已经不仅是B2C,B2B模式因有着明显的成本优势越来越被接受。我们可以以低于采购价格的活动价格和目标客户所在地的一些有影响力的旅行社,机场等进行多渠道线下销售。The operating of products. With the development of E-commerce, some of our competitor marketing modes have surpassed B2C. B2B has become more and more popular because its cost advantage. We can adopt multi-channel promoting to some influential travel agencies and airports in the areas where our targeted clients locate at prices lower than purchase price.这是我对于外海产品经理工
