1、Substation Automation SystemCSC-2000 Substation Automation System (V2)Scope of applicationThis system is applicable for substations of 35kV1000kV in power grid, meeting the automationrequirements of these substations, and also applicable for substation in power plant.System StructureV2 system is a 2
2、-level structure composed of station level and bay level. The two levels are connectedwith double-network redundant Ethernet with transmission velocity 100Mbps.Substation levelSubstation level includes mainly remote control deviceequipment and local monitoring and control system.Separately setIndepe
3、ndent set of remote control deviceequipment acquires substation data fromnetwork and communicates with dispatching center in higher authority via various mediums with variousprotocols. The remote control information is directly acquired and sent off.The functions performed by the local monitoring an
4、d contorl system include data acquisition andmonitoringsupervisor control and data acquisition(SCADA), automatic voltage and & reactive powercontrol (AVQC), fail-safe unitfive “preventions” and operation-order-sheet. These functions are configuredflexibly in the computer according to clients req
5、uirements. The local monitoring and controlsystem enjoys the flexibility of tailoring adding or reducing functions. For substations of 110kV andbelowunder, all functions are can be performed in a single computer.Bay levelBay level of V2 system includes measurement and control deviceequipmentremote c
6、ontrol deviceand various protective devicesprotection. All deviceequipments, directly connected to substation stationlevel control network, support double Ethernet.Relay Interface UnitProtective supervising computer (CSM-320E) can also be configured in baylevel for inputting protective protection in
7、formation from deviceequipments designed by other manufacturesotherpower plants/substations. DL/T667-1999 (idt IEC60870-5-103) is recommended foraccess protocol. The deviceequipment also supports other international or domestic standard protocols,as well as the private protocols developed by the mai
