12、with Packaging4.1.1 Thermal & Humidity Test for IRT· PurposeTo build a quick temperature and humidity cycling test program to monitor if the product production meets continuously environment requirement for transportation.· Equipment: Thermal / Humidity Chamber· Sampling size

17、34.1.3 Bulk Packaging Compression Test for IRT only· Purpose To ensure the packaging material can afford specified pressure without damage.· Equipment: Specified Weight & Wooden Board· Sample size: 1 Ctn.· Test Condition/Method: Put the specified weight on the carton, i
18、n between there is a wooden board to make the force evenly distributed. Overall testing period is 1 hour.· The weight = Mass per carton * (height of the carton / 15 foot)· Acceptance Criteria after the test: No form, fit, and functional failure allowed.4.1.4 Vibration Test for IRT only

20、unctional failure allowed.4.2 Finished Goods Reliability Test4.2.1 Life Test with 168 hours for IRT · PurposeThis test is to set up a probability ratio sequential test program which can monitor if the product meets the requirements of reliability acceptance test and mean time between failu
21、res.· Equipment· Power Supply with variable or programmable AC output· Audio signal generator· 45 degree C Testing Room· Sample size: 30 sets for IRT· Testing Condition/Method:o 45 degree C Room Temperatureo Before the test, the performance of UUT should be checked at +
22、10%, nominal & -10% of rated input voltage.o 0-24 hours: +10% of rated input voltage with 2/3 rated speaker output.o 24-48 hours: nominal rated input voltage with 2/3 rated speaker music output.o 48-72 hours: -10% of rated input voltage with 2/3 rated speaker music output.o Samples for ORT finis
