1、十四条业务原则1. 客户利益永远至上。我们的经验表明,只要对客户尽心服务,成功就会随之而来。2. 我们最重要的三大财富是员工、资本和声誉。如三者之中任何一项遭到损害,最难重建的是声誉。我们不仅致力于从字面上,更从实质上完全遵循约束我们的法律、规章和职业道德准则。持续的成功有赖于坚定地遵守这一原则。3. 我们的目标是为股东带来优越的回报,而盈利则是我们实现优越回报、充实资本、延揽和保留最优秀人才的关键。员工大量持股可以使员工与股东的利益协调一致。4. 我们为自己的专业素质感到自豪。对于所从事的一切工作,我们都凭着最坚定的决心去追求卓越。尽管我们的业务活动量大而且覆盖面广,但如果我们必须在质与量之
