The PROFET family products are also capable of protecting against dynamic over voltage such as load dump, and inductive load turn-off. The PROFET familys most important protective function is its abilit

24、y to safeguard applications from destruction in the event of a short circuit. This is achieved through a combination of both current limitation and thermal shutdown during excess temperatures. By combining switching and protective functions in a single device, the PROFET family eliminates the need f

25、or fuses and thus provides a more cost-effective and robust alternative to standard relay and fuse solutions.
