3、d party B agree to the under mentioned terms and conditions stipulated below:为确保正常生产，减少故障次数和保持设备完好状态，甲方委托乙方对此齿轮测量中心进行常规维护保养。甲乙双方同意以下条款。1.Regular Maenance 常规维护保养1.1The machine should be in normal condition before the above mentioned service isperformed by party B. Party A will check the relevant func

4、tions both before and after theservice is done. The certified mastrovided by customer.在乙方进行保养之前，设备应基本正常运行。在服务前后甲乙双方将对设备相关功能进行检查。客户自行准备标准齿轮。The content of the maenance program on the captioned machine is as per appendix 1保养程序的内容及验收报告清样见附录 1。1.21.3The regular maenanervice will be carried out every yea

The each cost for suchregular maenance per machine will be 29,250RMB (including 17% VAT).本常规维护保养应每年一次。每台设备的每次保养费用为人民币 29,250.00 元(含 17%增值税)。In case of the service mistake caused by Party B during the maenance period, Party B should be responsible for any machine malfunction made due to A.M reason

6、.若在维护保养期间由于乙方过错而引起设备故障，乙方应对此负责。Cost on required replacement parts for regular maenance is not included and will be quoted to Party A by Party B and ordered upon the receipt of its / their full value.以上常规保养不包括所须更换备件之费用。其费用将由乙方向甲方另行报价。乙方自收到甲方货款后开始订货。1.41.51.6Party B service engineer will start the job
