This spine can be operated with dis- placement ventilatio

26、n, sup- plying tempered air from energy-efficient earth-tubes at low points, inside the pe- destrian street. Air can be routed through heat recov- ery ventilation devices, be- fore being extracted at sky- light level.The integration of motion and photo-sensors will greatly reduce electrical lighting

27、 costs on this vast project. Interior electrical lighting levels are adjusted and depend on occupancy, cloud coverage and time of day.The Solar Heat Gain Coef- ficient (SHGC) measures how well a window blocks heat from sunlight. The SHGC is the fraction of the heat from the sun that en- ters through

28、 a window.SHGC is expressed as a number between 0 and1. The lower a windows SHGC, the less solar heat it transmits.The mitigation of direct so- lar heat gain is a critical measure, particularly on east, west and south fa- cades. Integrated shading devices, low-E and high re- flective glass coatings

29、will greatly reduce the SHGC.The visible light transmit- tance is a measure of the amount of visible light that passes through the glaz- ing. Tvis is expressed as a number between 0 and 1. A product with a higher Tvis transmits more visible light. Some tinted glass used to reduce solar heat gain can

30、 also reduce the amountof visible light transmitted,which is not good for day- lighting. A spectrally selec- tive tinted or coated glazing, however, can help reduce the solar gain while provid- ing as much visible light as clear glass.The U-factor measures how well a material pre- vents heat from es

31、caping. The lower the U-factor, the greater a windows resis- tance to heat flow and the better its insulating value. U-factor ratings generally fall between 0.20 and 1.20. The insulating value is indi-cated by the R-value, which is the inverse of the U-fac- tor and used for material assemblies. In t

32、he United States, the U-factor is usu- ally expressed in Btu/h ft F. The metric equivalent unit is W/m K. Heat recovery ventilation devices recover energy that would otherwise leave the building as waste, via energy transfer. Heat pumps are an especially suitable method to remove heat f

40、rom a heat source (air, water, process fluid) and deliver it to another point of need. The by-product heat, even at moderate tempera- tures, can be used for cool- ing, using absorption chill- ers, i.e. for the ice-rink.Significant energy savings can be achieved in retail and office spaces using wate

41、r as a thermal carrier, embedded in closed loop systems in ceilings and/or floors. A combination of ra- diant cooling and displace- ment ventilation (see Ven- tilation) can achieve high overall building energy ef- ficiencies. Radiant floor and ceiling systems are quieter and require less ductwork sp

42、ace.This process reduces peak demand of energy by shift- ing electricity use to off- peak periods. A thermal en- ergy storage system (TES) produces ice at night when electricity rates are lowest to reduce peak daytime de- mand loads on the grid. 46、主入口广场,形成风格鲜明、受众差异的两个城市空间特质,为今后商业定位和品牌招商提供主题化基础。地上商业部分包含了百货(20000)、各类时尚品牌店、品牌餐饮、高标准室内溜冰场、多影厅影院、KTV、欢乐剧场以及啤酒花园等功能,形成从东向西逐渐由纯零售商业向休闲化娱乐化业态过渡的布局。一系列的休闲娱乐业态功能环绕西端由叶片形状多媒体顶棚构成的开放式广场共同打造成为具有吸引力、凝聚力的活跃的城市目的地。地下商业通过由不同类型专业超市形成的次主力店与东西两端的下沉广场互动,吸引来自地面和未来地铁的人流进入购物中心,拉升购物中心整体商业价值。项目的开发基于“春天”理念,意欲带给哈尔滨这座冰雪之都以别样的

47、温暖购物体验。从外至 内,它通过叶片、溪流、树林等代表春天的元素定义和构造室内动线、建筑外形,通过统一而富于变化的建筑手法使这个体量巨大的购物中心形成一个连贯的有机整体。建筑语汇探索了从石材、玻璃、到铝板等自然或合成材质的运用。照明系统更加强了建筑形体和外立面之间微妙的几何关系。随着周围地块将相继开发的住宅楼,本项目将融入其中,继续深化和发展欢乐颂立足家庭面向城市的定位,以城市综合体的形式创造出旗帜鲜明的城市中心和主流文化。surrounded by new residence buildings.
