2、术与设计的专业知识和理论用于解决复杂的设计实践问题。2.问题分析:能够应用设计学的专业知识和理论,并通过文献研究以识别、表达和分析复杂的设计问题。3.设计/开发解决方案:能够针对产品设计复杂问题提出解决方案,设计满足特定需求的各类产品设计及服务系统设计,并能够在设计环节中体现创新意识,考虑经济、文化、环保、安全、技术、美观等因素。4.研究:能够基于设计及艺术的基本原理并采用科学方法对产品设计复杂问题进行研究,包括设计实验、现象观察与分析、地域文化与艺术思潮,在信息采集与梳理的过程中形成合理有效的设计成果。6.设计与社会:能够基于产品设计相关背景知识进行合理分析,评价产品设计中复杂问题解决方案对

3、社会、健康、安全、法律、文化、审美、生活品质的影响,并理解应承担的责任。课程培养学生的能力(教学目标)完成课程后,学生将具备以下能力:(1)循序渐进的陶瓷工艺学、日用陶瓷设计、建筑陶瓷设计、卫浴设计以及陈设陶瓷理论体系和专业基础知识,较全面系统的整体陶瓷设计(空间、环境、功能等)1、2、3、4、6(2)进行系统的陶瓷设计思维和专业基本工具使用技能的训练。1、2、3、4(3)科学的工作方法:对设计体系的整体认识,对设计过程的了解,对中外陶瓷设计作即自己的设计进行初步的评价,并能完成个人的汇报。1、2、3、4、6课程简介本课程是针对本专业学生在日用陶瓷设计、建筑陶瓷设计、卫浴设计以及陈设陶瓷方面所

4、做的专业创作;结合所学的专业知识进行的综合创作;结合设计美学、技术、市场、情感等多方面因素,是一次系统地对陶瓷艺术设计的认知过程,它为毕业创作打下基础。 本课程主要内容包括: 了解陶瓷材料的特性、工艺、成型方法、烧成制度等; 熟悉日用陶瓷设计的方法及制作过程; 熟悉建筑卫生陶瓷设计中的设计方法和设计原理; 运用艺术规律对陈设陶瓷创作进行指导。教学内容与学时分配课程的教学内容、要求与学时分配一、了解陶瓷材料的特性、工艺、成型方法、烧成制度等; (16学时 ) (一)内容包括陶瓷原料、胚釉料、胚体成型、干燥、施釉、烧成及装饰等几方面。(二)教学的基本要求1.了解日用陶瓷生产工艺过程及其有关的理论。

5、 2.熟悉日用陶瓷工艺材料的性能特点。3.能正确的处理陶瓷美术与陶瓷工艺材料和工艺技术之间的关系。4.懂得陶瓷装饰材料的一般制备方法和使用方法。(三)教学内容1.绪论陶瓷工艺学的内容。陶瓷工艺学的目的陶瓷生产流程的介绍。2.陶瓷原料可塑性原料粘土类瘠性原料石英类3.陶瓷坯料陶瓷坯料的组成及其制品的特点4.陶瓷釉料釉的作用和种类釉的性质5.陶瓷成型坯体成型坯体、干燥修坯、粘接和施釉石膏与石膏模具6.陶瓷烧成窑炉及窑具的简介烧成制度烧成缺陷分析7.陶瓷装饰陶瓷装饰方法概述安排到学院展馆参观陶瓷颜料陶瓷色釉结晶釉裂纹釉色泥和化妆土 二、日用陶瓷设计的方法及制作过程; (24学时) (一)教学目的:通

6、过课程教学,让学生掌握涉及人们日常生活中实用陶瓷器系列设计,课程强调陶瓷造型,装饰的整体性、同一性、个性化表现。主要是餐具、茶具、咖啡等实用陶瓷(二)教学内容: 1.餐具设计图纸,餐具制作成品2.茶具设计图纸,茶具制作成品 3.咖啡具设计图纸,咖啡具制作成品(三)课程内容: 1.日用陶瓷设计概念和要求,利用多媒体工具,观看国内外优秀作品并点评 2.要求同学画出餐具、茶具、咖啡具制作图纸三、熟悉建筑卫生陶瓷设计中的设计方法和设计原理; (20学时 ) (一)建筑陶瓷产品设计1、教学的基本要求运用产品设计的基本原则和方法、对现有的建筑产品进行分析,发现问题,归纳问题,并找出处理和解决问题的途径,以

7、设计出新的建筑卫浴产品。强调各阶段设计过程的表达,形成设计草图。2、教学内容训练学生对建筑产品的材料、功能与工艺技术的认识能力;训练学生对建筑产品的功能、形态改良或开发的能力;具体的建筑产品方案设计和表达。3、各章内容的重点、难度、深度和广度进行材料和工艺的区分与整合;对现有产品的改良和开发;具体的产品设计。(二)卫浴产品设计1.教学的基本要求了解卫浴产品的类别,卫浴材料的种类和特性,及基本的成型和生产工艺。运用产品设计的基本原则和方法,对现有的卫浴产品进行分析,发现问题,归纳问题,并找出处理和解决问题的途径,以设计出新的卫浴产品。强调各阶段设计过程的表达,形成设计报告书。完成一件卫浴产品的改

8、良或开发设计,以模型(或样机),效果图,三视图表达设计结果。2.教学内容在学习“产品设计”的程序与方法基础上,改良或开发卫浴产品。训练卫浴产品的材料、功能与工艺技术的认识能力。训练卫浴产品的功能、形态改良或开发的能力。具体的卫浴产品方案设计与表达,完成样品制作。四、运用艺术规律对陈设陶瓷创作进行指导; ( 20学时) 1. 陶艺概念及内涵、作品欣赏、多媒体教学视频; 2. 拉坯成型、成型技法及技巧的运用; 3. 泥条成型方法的技法; 4. 泥板成型技法; 5. 综合成型的演练、懂得综合成型的方法和要求。 实验教学(包括上机学时、实验学时、实践学时)上机学时:0 实验学时:0 实践学时:0 实创

9、学时:40学时教学方法教学方法和手段(一)陶瓷材料1.对该课程进行理论讲述,利用多媒体工具;2.对陶瓷原料、胚釉料、胚体成型、干燥、施釉、烧成及装饰的一般制备方法和使用方法实践。(二)日用陶瓷设计1.对该课程进行理论讲述,利用多媒体工具,观看国内外优秀作品并点评;2.要求同学对创作作品不断修改完善;3.要求同学制作前观摩。(三)建筑卫生陶瓷设计1.对该课程进行理论讲述,利用多媒体工具;2. 建筑陶瓷产品设计、卫浴产品设计以模型(或样机),效果图,三视图表达设计材料、功能与工艺技术的认识与方案设计与表达。(四)陈设陶瓷创作1. 对课程内容进行理论讲授、教师示范操作;2. 拉胚成型、加大练习力度;

21、Display Ceramics; perform comprehensive creation combining with professional knowledge. It is also a sysmetic cognitive process for ceramic art design combining with factors such as design beauty, technique, market, emothion. As a result, it lays the foundation for graduation.
