2、轧机的装备、技术、孔型系统及一些辅助设备的论述，特别参考了唐银棒材厂与八一棒材厂生产线参数，使本设计车间达到工艺合理、设备先进、留有进一步提升产品档次的现代棒材车间。棒材以定尺交货，横列式、半连续式、全连续式各种轧机都可以进行生产。平立交替的连轧棒材方式事故少，生产效率高，产量大。考虑生产时顺畅，自动化程度高、质量控制稳定，设计采用全线无扭连轧方式。产品规格为1232mm圆钢，1426mm螺纹钢。典型产品为14的圆钢。设计附有车间平面图、孔型图及配辊图。关键词：车间设计；棒材连轧；孔型设计；高精度ABSTRACTAccording to the task requirement, an ann

In considering of the successfully producing, high lever automation, and stable quality controlling, the no twist continuous rolling is adopted in this paper. The production size range is from 12 to32mm bar and from 14 to26mm rebar.The classic production is 14 bar.The workshop layout and pass paper and arrange pass paper is
