3、ctions, plan, organize, command, supervision, coordination is inseparable from the enterprise all levels personnel communication and understanding, especially in social politics, economy, culture, law in our country such as environmental conditions, the dramatic change in the enterprise at all level

4、s of good communication is the guarantee enterprise reform success, prerequisite to accelerate the pace of reform. Therefore, management communication is a highly practical discipline. For enterprises, to establish a learning enterprise, enterprises pay attention to the cultivation of team spirit, a

5、nd effective internal communication is the key to success. For the external aspect of the enterprise, it is necessary to master the communication skills such as negotiation and cooperation to strengthen the strong alliance and complementary advantages among enterprises. At the same time, in order to

6、 better realize the development of enterprises and serve the society under the existing policy conditions, enterprises also need to deal with the relations between enterprises and the government, enterprises and the public, enterprises and the media. These are inseparable from the skilled grasp and

For individuals, to establish a good management communication awareness, and gradually develop the habit of consciously using management communication theories and skills to communicate effectively in any communication situation.
