It is no use + doing sth 此句型中的it是形式主语，其后的动名词短语是真正的主语。适用于这种结构的词还有useless, good等。例如： It is no use talking about the accident that took place on the street. 只是一味地谈论发生在大街上的那场事故

3、是毫无用处的。 2. It is + adj +for sb to do sth 此句型中的for sb to do sth是不定式的复合结构，它是形式主语it所代表的真正主语。常见的形容词有difficult, easy, hard, important, impossible, necessary, possible等。例如： Now it is possible for Jim to get over the difficulty. 对于吉姆来说，渡过难关是极有可能的。 It is not easy for us to master a foreign language well. 对于

4、我们来说，精通一门外语不是一件容易的事。 3. It is + adj +of sb to do sth 此句型中的of sb to do sth也是不定式的复合结构， 常见的形容词有kind，brave, clever, nice, good, stupid, silly, careful, naughty等。例如： It is very warm-hearted of you to show me how to go to the railway station. 谢谢你告诉我去火车站的路，你真是个热心人。 It is so stupid of him as to believe the

It takes sb some time （money, energy）to do sth 此句型的意义为“为做花费”。类似句型有：sb spendin doing sth；例如： It took him half an hour to work out the difficult maths problem. 解出那道数学难题花了他半个小时的时间。 + be +n /adj / v -ed +that从句 该句型中it为形式主语，that引导主语从句。that在句中无实际意义，只起连接作用，在句中不充当成分，但不可省略。例如： It i

It + be +一段时间+ since从句 从句型中，如果从句中的动词为延续性动词的一般过去式，意为“自从该动作结束以来已多久了”；如果从句中的动词为非延续性动词，则表示“自从该动作开始以来已多久了”。例如： It is years since I worked in Fuzhou. 我已经不在福州工作数年了。 It has been qu

It + be when从句 该句型中when前是表示时间点的名词，该名词作表语，when充当从属连词引导时间状语从句，意思是“当时”。而在“It is / was +强调部分+that（who）”从句中，如果对时间状语进行强调，其前通常要加介词。例如： It was nine oclock in the morning when they went to work. 当他们上班时已经是上午九点了。 It was at seven in the evening that I went

It +bebefore从句 该句型中before引导的是时间状语从句，从句中若要表示将来时间就用一般现在时代替将来时。常用于before前的词语有：long, not long, years, months, days, hours, minutes等。其肯定式表示“过多久就/才”，否定式表示“没多久就/才”。例如： It will be hours before he arrives at the railway station. 他到火车站得好几个小时。 It was not long before I left the sou
