1、沉思录读后感和心得沉思录读后感记得在高的时候经常听说温总理有本书叫沉思录,总理经常放在枕边每天都要读一次,而且,总理回答记者提问时也经常引用里面的句子,当时便有要读一读的冲动。等进了大学后-,便在空闲时间开始读这本书,寒假时我把这本书带回家读完,读完后感觉收获挺大的。尤其是在如何正确看待人生和待人处事颇有启发和收获。这本书以庄严不屈的精神负起做人的重荷,直接帮助人们去过更加美好的生活。沉思录是古罗马皇帝马可.奥勒留所著,这本书记载了他与自己的对话,内容大部分是他在鞍马劳顿所写,是斯多葛派哲学的一个里程碑。沉思录来自于作者对身羁宫廷和自己所处混乱世界的感受,追求一种摆脱了激情和欲望、冷静而达观的

Sometimes they try to remember a solution fro

26、m the last time they had a similar problem. They often accept the opinions or ideas of other people. Other times they begin to act without thinking; they try to find a solution by trial and error. However, when all these methods fail, the person with a problem has to start analyzing. There are six s

27、tages in analyzing a problem. First the person must recognize that there is a problem. For example, Sams bicycle is broken, and he cannot ride it to class as he usually does. Sam must see that thereis a problem with his bicycle. Next the thinker must define the problem. Before Sam can repair his bic

28、ycle. he must find the reason why it does not work. For instance, he must determine if the problem is with the gears, the brakes, or the frame. He must make his problem more specific. Now the person must look for information that will make the problem clearer and lead to possible solutions. For inst

29、ance. suppose Sam decided that his bike does not work because there is something wrong with the gear wheels. At this time. he can look in his bicycle repair book and read about gears. He can talk to his friends at the bike shop. He can look at his gears carefully. 补充阅读After studying the problem, the

30、 person should have several suggestions for a possible solution. Take Sam as an illustration. His suggestions might be: put oil on the gear wheels; buy new gear wheels and replace the old ones; tighten or loosen the gear wheels.
