Ifpossible,prolongthenaturallifeoftheserverPC,clientPCandengineeringstationPC,restartthemonschedule.Checkoutthatwhetherthereisredundancyredlightofthecommunicationmoduleornot,ifthereisthatmeansthatafailurehashappenedtotheOpticalEthernetloop.TheprecisescheduleshouldbedefinedbyBaxterwithassistancefrom.Thescheduleisafundamentalpartofitsplannedmaintenanceprocedure.ThebatteryusedinthePowerSupplymoduleinAutomationStationistopowertheRAMinCPU,whichistomaintaintheprograminthecontrollerwhenthesystemisrestarted.SowhenyoufoundtheLEDofBAFindicatorslight,thebatteryshouldbereplaced.PowersupplymoduleswithtwobackupbatterieshavethefollowingLightsupifthebatteryvoltageonthebackplanebusistoolowandtheBATTINDICswitchisattheBATTLightsupifbatteryisemptyorifthepolarityreversedorifthebatteryis背板总线上的电池电压太低且BATTINDICIncaseofpowerfailure,allpowerisolationswitchesineachcabinetshouldbecutoffimme-diay.Afterthepower-offfaulthasbeeneliminated,theUPSpowercanbeturnedononceithasbeenassessedthatallpeopleandequipmentissafe,andthenturnonthepowerfrombottomtotoptoavoidsurgecurrent.系统意外断电后，应将控制柜内的空气开关全部切断。待断电故障消除后，在确保现场Hardwareonlinediagnosisandmaintenance硬件Theonlinediagnosisfunctionisanimportanttoolwhenngsystemfaultchecks,withtheonlinefunctionofhardwareiS7,itassistsingeneratingintuitivemessagesforidentify-ingtypicalhardwarefaultse.g.AS,I/Ofaults.AcheckoftheCPU’sDIAGNOSISBUFFERwillassistinresolvingthefollowingfaults:Alltheinterruptivefaultsofhardware(CPU,CP,Systemfaults(systemoverload,communicationProgramerror(addresstransfererror,loop查找AS、IO卡等设备的出错信息。进一步察看CPU的DIAGNOSEBUFFER，可以得知故障HWconfigurationoftheESstationSimaticsoftware,diagnosisinformationofCPUissavedfor
